McCullough added this, “Additionally, petitioners appear to have established a likelihood to succeed.” Today’s ruling follows up on the order Judge McCullough issued on Wednesday. HARRISBURG, Pennsylvania — A Pennsylvania appeals court judge, Commonwealth Court Judge Patricia McCullough, ordered state officials on Wednesday to halt any further steps toward certifying election results, a day after Gov. Tom Wolf said he had certified Democrat Joe Biden as the winner of the presidential election in Pennsylvania. Judge McCullough issued the order and set a hearing for Friday. Permit me to share. The season of goodwill is here. This story is instructive. I am a football fan not a fanatic. The death of this golden legend called Diego Maradona got me wondering about the essence of life. The fourth stage was the time a friend of mine asked me to buy wheelchair for some disabled children. Just about 200 kids. At the friend request, I immediately bought wheelchairs. But the friend insisted that I go with him and hand over the wheelchairs to the children. I got ready and went with him. There I gave these wheel chairs to these children with my own hands. I saw the strange glow of happiness on the faces of these children. I saw them all sitting on the wheelchairs, moving around and having fun. It was as if they had arrived at a picnic spot where they are sharing a jackpot wining. I felt REAL joy inside me. When I decided to leave one of the kids grabbed my legs. I tried to free my legs gently but the child stared at my face and held my legs tightly. I bent down and asked the child: Do you need something else? The answer this child gave me not only made me happy but also changed my attitude to life completely. This child said: "I want to remember your face so that when I meet you in heaven, I will be able to recognize you and thank you once again" What would you be remembered for after you leave that office or place? TRUMP: A Threat To Democracy? For the past few days I have read some really idiotic comments on this platform. 'Trump needs to concede before he destroys American Democracy because of his personal ego'. 'Trump is a bastard who is destroying American Democracy because he lost an election'. These � are ill-informed and unfortunate comments. It evinces the ignorance of the makers. First and foremost, the USA is not a Democracy. Like Plato, the Founding Fathers of America hated Absolute Democracies. They tagged it the "tyranny of the majority" and that is why they designed the ELECTORAL COLLEGE SYSTEM. A system deviced only in America to ensure that the minority has as much voice and representation as the majority. Only intellectual amateurs call America a Democracy. The USA is a Democratic and Constitutional Republic. That's that. Now, saying Trump should concede to a fraudulent election for the sake of Democracy is itself Anti-Democratic. Democracy is about Fairness, Equality of Persons (and Votes) before the Law, and Justice. Take all that away and what you have left is a caricature of democracy. In other words, an unfair election where votes are not treated equally but rigged and where justice is not pursued is the very antithesis of Democracy. Trump would be undermining Democracy if he allowed such travesty to go uninvestigated, un-litigated and unpunished. Folks, only the blind would argue and deny at this point that the 2020 USA Presidential Election was beset with widespread irregularities, malpractices, improprieties and even frauds. The data bear this out and even Steven Wonder can see them from afar. I am not the brightest guy around but I'd like to believe I am not dumb either. I have made arguments in Courts that failed and some that won, meaning that smart people (Judges) thought I am capable of giving good arguments. That is to say that the experts sometimes tend to agree with me. And they do even on this election. Russel Ramsland is the Co-Owner of the Allied Security Operations Group (ASOG). His company specializes in detecting election fraud, cybersecurity, open source intelligence and global security services. He and his colleague, Dr. Andrew Appel, a Professor of Computer Science at Princeton University and an Election Security expert signed AN AFFIDAVIT stating that the MICHIGAN Election Results are a statistical and "physical impossibility". They are willing to put their integrity and in fact liberty on the line by signing an affidavit under the penalty of perjury just to make their case about the Michigan State election. Why did I single out Michigan, Pennsylvania and Arizona amongst other contested States? Well, without those States Joe Biden WILL NOT become President. And these are heavily contested States with overwhelming data of vote fraud as demonstrated by mathematicians/statisticians from top-notch universities detailed in sworn affidavits before courts of law. You may not like what I have been saying about this election NOT BEING OVER YET, but you are a fool if you ignore EXPERT EVIDENCE. An irredeemable kind. How then do you expect Trump to concede in the face of such towering evidence? Only a fool (like some) would concede defeat in such circumstances. Standing up for what is right, for election integrity, for electoral justice is not a threat to Democracy. It is Democratic. Stop spewing rubbish! Trump should fight and fight till the end. Democracy and posterity deserve the fight. And dont forget that I haven't even mentioned the States of Georgia and Wisconsin which are now being litigated and going through recounts respectively. Many of you want an illusion of peace, but remember that the peace you enjoy today is possible because your forefathers died for Democracy and for the Republic. This leaves a surplus of 15,000 barrels per day. Mele Kyari, group managing director of the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC), signed the MoU on behalf of Nigeria while Alio Toune, director-general of Niger Republic’s National Oil Company, Societe Nigerienne De Petrole (SONIDEP), signed on behalf of his country.
