Any update on NDIC?

Fadylatu:

Hajiya ko kinada wani lbr akan NDIC?

MrSuama:
Very true.
My brother in-law resumed to customs training yesterday, but his uncle who stood for him doesn't even know me.
You might be very close to a solution yet can't get the solution.

Your turn too shall come in sha Allah. Sometimes, help comes from where you least expect it, when you least expect it.

chosky2589:
Please choose nitda and connect me to the ncdc🙏

To people who responds to questions like this (go for X and give me Y), it doesn't work like that.
If you're presented with multiple options to choose from, it's not like you've been given the slots, such that the ones you didn't choose will be wasted, No.
The person that presented those options to you already has other people on ground to present with the other options that weren't selected.
Chances of you getting anything out of "choose A and connect me to B" is next to zero, but, still possible.

Hussen240:
...

Congratulations to the new employees.
Allah zai yi mana namu muma bi iznillah

danielokereke:
Greetings, everyone. I am Daniel, and this is my first post on Nairaland 🤗🙏🏾.

I am going for my National Youth Service Corps orientation camp next week, and in order for me to tick all the boxes, i need help in making a decision.

Please, I need information and advice from this reputable forum on what government agency I should work at for my NYSC PPA. My choice is between Ministry Of Finance Incorporated (MOFI) and National Financial Intelligence Unit (NFIU), as my university course of study and personal skill set enable me to have the minimum competency for the two organisations. I studied COMPUTER SCIENCE [MANAGEMENT INFORMATION SYSTEMS], and I consider myself a Security & Financial Analyst by the grace of God.

Do both organisations take in corpers for their PPA? and if so, what is the respective work load, expected performance and organisation structure, along with the benefits/bonuses for youth corpers? I have the desire to be retained after my service year in the organisation that I will serve; thus, I also need critical information on the work life & learning advantage of both organisations in real life, The salary, allowances & bonuses for entry staffs, and The reality of job security in the long run.

Thank you 🙇🏾‍♂️🙏🏾

I like as you dey dream.

Your dreams are valid and it's very much possible to work out just like you've envisioned it to.

BUT!
Now is the time to start pulling some strings, and if do your homework properly, it goes as planned, and you get posted to your desired agency and if not, get ready to teach computer science in one government day secondary school.

And being posted to your desired agency doesn't mean you'll be retained. It requires a lot more "homework" to get retained.

Both MOFI and NFIU are great. Any one you get, you'll be fine.

Best wishes.

Federal University Lafia is recruiting.

Federal University of Education Pankshin is recruiting for IJMB lecturers.

NSEstudent:
They will still trim the list further after oral interview. But yea, I see many successful non-commissioned officers.

It wouldn't be like that of the commissioned officers. NCOs are supposed to be more than COs.

Seems like CBN is really giving out offers. Been seeing anon messages on X.

NSEstudent:
Na connect na im matter.

CDCFIB just showed us shege after leading us on. Wasted TP for hotel and inter-state travels. Same way I did with NCS.

Part of the struggles.
It'll all work out someday. Hopefully 🙏🏽

God bless you sir.
I pray this works out for good.

Hustlerconnect:
Abeg asking for a friend, during documentation and they request for a medical report, can you just run am online with small money and print the fake one, or you need to get the original one from a hospital. Which will be so costly.

During documentation?
Like you've gotten the job, not like a screening phase where getting the job is still not certain? And you're contemplating submitting a fake medical report, not the regular fake ones gotten from the hospital but a fabricated one online?
Omo! That your friend dey take risk. Be like your friend just newly enter labour market.

Hussen240:
@farinjini

Jazakallah khairan sir. Allah yasa muma muji alkhairi.

Good day house, any news on NDIC?

Franktom247:
Thank God I didn't waste my time to apply
Medical fitness certificate almost 30k will have been wasted

30k for fitness certificate? Where? How? Something you can get for free in the North? They don't run any test, just tell them what it's meant for and they fill the form, stamp it and sign. One regular A4 sheet can make 3 different certificates. And it's black and white, with a touch of blue from the pen and the stamp 😁
30 FULL THOUSANDS? Omo, thank God for Arewa o. There are some places where I'm sure they'll charge you a fee for it but I'm sure it's not going to be a third of that amount

Gem77:
