I made a mistake of uploading passport of where I'm not putting up whits shirt but is white background, no means of editing, what do I do now?

You wait.
Unless it was specifically stated that you have a white shirt on for the passport, there's really nothing to worry about and even if it was indeed specified, like I said, know a guy that knows a guy and you're in the clear.
Many of these things no really deep like that. What's meant for you no fit pass you.

What are my chances of making it to the physical training and securing the job at the end?

See as many people didn't make the shortlist? That's how many people won't make the final list. Usually, only 1 in every 3 candidates (at least) that will go for the physical screening will make it to the final list.

Pray, prepare and if possible, know a guy that knows a guy.

This CDCFIB thing is a scam jor. After all these while, guess what they told me.

" We regret to inform you that, after careful review and evaluation, your application was not shortlisted..."

Una no regret anything jor. And if to say una really do careful review and evaluation, una for shortlist me. Me wey be spec! Your loss.
