I I can relate with op, as I have my own terrible life stories to tell. Life has not been fair to me right from childhood, teenage, even in my adult hood. Life has always given me a million and one reasons to be unhappy and toxic to everyone around me, but am this kind of person with the fighting spirit. I never give up. So instead of putting out bad vibes to other humans out there that has there oun problems aswell, I try to make myself happy, smoking up my weed and listening to music, and that's why I always have my headphones on me when people perceive u to be a happy person, thy will love u more, help u in numerous ways u can't imagine, they even confide in u cus they see u as someone who can elevate their spirit and can trust.
Truth be told, everyone on planet earth has one thing or the other that gives them bad feeling each time they think about it. always try to counter those feelings with positive vibes, cus with positivity, u can never go wrong.
