Technology Market › Re: We fix your faulty laptop at pocket-friendly prices in Lagos. by fashrola(m): 8:32pm On Apr 04, 2017

I have a Dell Latitude E6410 , the laptop powers on ( Fan runs, the HDD light comes one) but the screen is dead blank... (I mean. Not displaying anything)

I had a scrapped laptop of the same spec.. so I swapped the screen to ascertain if the issues is from the screen but yet same result.

I have reseat the ram, even changed it... No positive result

What could be the problem... I was contemplating of changing the whole motherboard with the processor inclusive

I would like to know the cost of the motherboard and Processor inclusive

Once paid a visit to Dubai's Global Village, one of its many tourist attractions. In one of the hundreds of kiosks, I saw a woman in a native Arab attire, her face covered with burka, frying this meal.

I observed the process for a few minutes before I approached the kiosk. There were already a handfull of customers patiently waiting in line to buy.
It got to my turn, and she said a plate of it sells for 20 dirham. She served it in a disposable plate, sprinkled some sesame seed as well as honey over it, and stuck some toothpicks into the balls.

I smiled, paid up, accepted it, and said "this is puff puff"
A younger lady assisting her said in English: what?
I repeated what I just said. She shook her head and replied: No pooff....zis is lokma...

The name lokma should be accepted grin

which naija person go garnish puff puff lyk dat?

Note Toshiba G500 was released year 2007

The modern-day fingerprint scanner revolution started from the time iPhone 5S was launched and the TouchID was something which attracted people

Career › Re: Certification Or Degree? by fashrola(m): 9:57am On Mar 30, 2017

In my field of specialization ( Marine Engineering)

Experience gets you the job first

Then Certification (CoC for officers and Watching Keeping Certificates for ratings)

Degree is not needed for sea work at all, Even if you have PH.d without your Certificate of Competency you gonna work as the lowest rank onboard a ship

Panasonic also will not work when NEPA current is low. Is Panasonic still better than Lg inverter a/c.

First the State Government used tax payers money to erect a massive billboard urging Akwa Ibomites to vote for Kemen, though I doubt if this welcome party is government sponsored, but wetin concern govt with BBN? Misplaced priority!

Can you do yourself a lil favour and do some findings to ascertain what you just posted is really true... cos i find it so irritating when you jump into conclusion when you know you are make yourself a laughing stock on public forum
