You cannot blame supreme court. They are not there to support any party/person but to uphold the tenets of the constitution. EFCC is an organization that don't do proper investigation before prosecuting someone. They could just arrest you and sue you to court on the basis of suspiciousness . We have a case in court now that has been there for about 3 years because of EFCC. They just went to the defendants business, close it up, and detained him for about 6 months , collected over #20m from him , closed up his bank accounts, arrested anybody associated with him. We had to petition EFCC before the public complain commission, and other bodies before they finally sued him to court after about a year . After all these, they admitted that they don't have case against the man whom they have labelled as a criminal. EFCC even failed to appear in court in the hearing

If I have my way, I'll scrap off EFCC. how can you arrest someone and label the person as a criminal without proper investigation?

Note: This does not deny the fact that supreme court can be manipulated by any ruling party . Anything under the care of a black man is a problem itself.

Nigerian police have exported their incompetence to efcc..high time we stoped using police men as efcc operative,efcc operatives should be trained lawyers only.

They did not incorporate into us their own military-civilian standard when they created the Nigerian security forces.

Why would they?
