Calling the UN to fix our problems won't solve them. The UN has been in Congo, Haiti, and many other countries and they still have issues


The thing is Nigeria needs to make more money to fund our legal system and the police well. But because this involves things like raised taxes, and removed subsides, that is why PDP and APC and activists like Soyinka use the security thing as a stick to beat themselves with. Actually facing the root cause they won't do.


Nigeria cannot police 200 million poeple with just 1 billion dollars. We need at least 50 billion dollars before we can talk. And it starts by taxing every one and getting off our dependency on oil

But countries like Ghana and Rwanda have better police and legal system ,does that mean they earn more money than Nigeria ?I think the elites don't want these institutions to work well because they profit from its dysfunction ..the centralised police system is bad for effective policing.
