Too many misconception about car dealers out there that people need to be educated about.

The creator of this thread ran away by deactivating his moniker after I broke him down with facts. Most dealer are not greedy. Dealers can't eat or drive their cars themselves. They are in business to sell fast and not to hold on to cars forever. If you can't afford to pay for car of your choice, don't blame dealers for your inability to come up with enough money to buy car. It means you should work a lot harder to buy car of your choice or buy what your money can afford. You don't go to car dealership with money capable of getting you 2001 Corolla and be expecting to go home with 2007 Camry.

You all don't know anything about buying cars, trucking and shipping from the US and then clearing in Lagos. I once addressed this misconception about car dealers few times in auto section. Buying cars, trucking to port and shipping to Lagos is not cheap. Clearing in Lagos is not cheap. Replacing parts stolen from the port is not cheap. I once opened eyes of so many on the thread I provided the link below.

Forgive them because they are ignorant. They are ill informed. I had to print out receipt for 08 Lexus I helped somebody buy and did the calculations from buying to trucking, shipping and clearing in Lagos with current exchange rate. By the time we finished the calculations, the so called critics eventually learned that cars are only expensive because exchange rate is high. In fact, it was an embarrassment to these people who were busy accusing dealers of being greedy. They all left the thread with their tails between their legs because I proved it beyond reasonable doubt.

Buhari has been a failure. First sign was being indifferent about Saraki becoming senate president. Second was calling potential ministers "noise makers" with nothing much to offer and that alone compounded the recession we face today. Third with 100s of Shiites killed and no one was questioned. Fourth is the way and manner his family members including his son in-law and his friends can go to CBN any time to buy dollars at subsidized rate. Sixth is his lopsided appointment favoring one section of the country. Seventh was the delay in appointment of Onoghen. Eight is the killing of people in southern Kaduna without anything being done. Don't you think if Christians were the ones with upper hands against Muslims in Southern Kaduna, Buhari wouldn't have done something to stop it?
