Mr. Lastpage and Agarawu, please let's stop the bickering. Lastpage is a grown up man and Agarawu is a young man. You both seem to be doing well in whatever you do. There is no need to continue this back and forth bickering.
Thanks. |

babalose: @FastShipping....it doesn't deny the fact that it is simply and contemporary. We all see over design of P.O.P atimes in Nigeria to the extent that some people think, if the design is not complicated it won't be properly appreciated.
@EgunMogaji......that's what I am talking about. Simple and Classy not designs like star or moon etc.
THESE ARE EASIER TO MAINTAIN IN MY OWN PERSPECTIVE. I thought I was the only one who noticed that. I just got my POP design sent to Dominionng through my architect. They were simple design and my architect was wondering I didn't choose anything complicated. I am not doing overly designed POP at all. I only chose simple designed POP in two master bedrooms, living room, family room, sunroom, and dining room. Three other rooms, kitchen and other part of building have to be ceiling done with plasterboards. I discovered that when you do POP ceilings in Nigeria, the designs have to be over complicated for people to appreciate it. Well......... in my life, I have always gone against the tides all my life. |

SLIDEwaxie: here we are. I asked the son of the landlobto get me the pictures. The man has even renovated the whole place after the old tenants packed out..
And he even claimed he's about to start the fence...the gravel, sand and blocks, seen in the picture.
The new occupant will have to paint the rooms because he just replastered everywhere.
Also, only the sitting area, the kitchen and the toilet and bath are tiled. The rooms are not. I just asked someone to call you and check it out. |

babalose: @FastShipping .....this Nicon town house on houzz is really exquisite. Alot of attention was paid to details and did you notice it doesn't have buglary proof? It's breathtaking. I couldn't stop looking at the pictures. You rarely see such finishing in Nigeria, even in 100M Naira mansions. |

n3xt: I'll get him. The last time I tried getting someone else to do the same job, the guy who has never met him before confessed he (Olu) is the best in the game.
Those wood are not ordinary woods. He takes time to ferment and process them before usage. He's type that will tell you to go to bed and he'll call you when he's through with his installations. So, I got to meet him through referral and the referee told me the same thing I just said above.
I'm sure by the time I check all my contacts on iCloud, I'll recover his details. Don't you know his workshop? |

SLIDEwaxie: he doesn't even use a 'browsing' phone. If you want pics, wait till I have the time.
The main reason people worry abt this is because many agents ask u to pay 2k before they show u the building and if they dnt like it, the agent already made 2k.
Here, I'm not asking for a kobo- just take care of the transport...there's no way noone won't like the house. It has its separate mini veranda and all that. If u dnt like it, leave it, at least, you didn't lose any cash while hunting it I'm willing to wait till you get some pictures. The person is not around to look at it. I'm the person to decide and I'm 8000 miles away from Abeokuta. |

n3xt: Contemporary Front Door Maker Wanted
In 2013, I met one of the best wooden door maker in Lagos. He did some jobs for me back then and I'm good for it.
Sadly, I've lost his (Olu's) contact details and the contemporary job is here once again and it requires the masters' touch.
Can you do any of the doors below or something even better and you have a reference site to show your work? I'm more interested in the double door. Call 0700-NEXTHOME or 08023429122 or email bosun@nexthomebuilders.com
Material Preffered: Solid Oak. I like this door below. Don't you know the workshop of the person who made the door last time? If you lost his phone number, you should know his workshop still.

agarawu23: Kunle afolayan's building looks somehow, it's not my money but the design looks stupid. Even the house has over 98% negative comment
I am aiming to rap.e the architect and the owner soon Horrible architecture and horrible execution of project. It is the same thing in almost 95% of projects in Nigeria. What a sad building culture of operation we have in Nigeria. The artisans, architects, and engineers rush everything they do with no attention to detail. Everything is rushed even when there is no other work they look forward to. When I see projects start from foundation and move to roof in just six weeks, I just shake my head and you see people on nairaland hailing. I just shake my head all the time. |

SLIDEwaxie: lol... The pics issue is because av not visited the place again. It belongs to one of my clients and i involved directly in its construction. I have helped leased it out two yrs ago and I Jes received a call two days ago that the tenant has packed to his own house and he needs another tenant.
So, this is not abt me asking for a prepayment of a paltry 1k before seeing the apartment. I Jes didn't have time to go there now. But if there's a potential tenant, if I'm not around, I will direct him to the landlord directly.
If you like it, pay, if not, go. The only thing u got to loose is ur transport fare.
Thanks though... I understand your point Can you ask the landlord to take pictures and send it to you? |

Impacto | Agungi, off Lekki/Epe Expressway Maldini | 2nd Toll Gate Lekki & Western Avenue, Surulere. House Affairs | Lagos/Ibadan expressway I just googled these companies and sadly none of them displayed any tiles on their websites. This is common with Nigerian companies. |

skimanski: I think I understand What you mean by they are just ok. Judging from the way we have been Talking overtime, you need more unconventionality in the way the Tiles you want should look like. I like the Top one more than the Bottom ones.
Will try and get some Pictures sent to you or better Still will Send you someone's Number. You call her and she'll furnish you with some Pics. But note, the more unique the Tiles look, the More expensive they are Sold. But if you see any tile in any of my Thread that you like, do not hesitate to bring it to my Notice. because most of our Wall tiles we lay around our threads are Floor tiles, but we Just Use it on Walls because It looks fine. Some Samples attached. You can bet I'm taking samples from your bathroom tiles. I already compiled the list of tiles you've displayed here before. I just want to finish the selection of floor tiles first before concluding on bathrooms. I will send them to your mail soon so you can link me up. In the meantime, can your supplier help with the floor tiles in the pictures below?

skimanski: 2 inch Conduit PIPE for Connecting HDMI Cables from DSTV Points for Clearer DSTV Experience Oga, I need floor tiles. I have been shown some that are good but I still believe there are better ones out there than what I've been shown so far. Some were sent to me recently and they are just okay but they are just not what I envisioned. I selected the two best tiles out of numerous ones sent to me but the two are still not up to it for me. Below are the two I set aside from the list sent to me. I urgently need 24inch by 24inch polished porcelain or glazed porcelain tiles for my floor. Can you hook your boy up, please?
