I bet u had a great day at work. So did I until I broke up with my GF of 15months.

I am curious and I want to know, how do people get over heart breaks? This was my first true love, I haven't taken love seriously, but when I eventually gave it a shot, it hurt.

I really don't want to talk about cause of break up, I will like to respect and protect her. But I did the only right thing, trust me.

Emotionally, am a wreck. Its quite fresh so I still think about the times we shared.

Please share, how did you get past this stage and the consequential stages. Am a brick on the outside, but soft on the inside.
