I bought a name recently and I did outbound.

A guy replied with "thanks for offering me, how much? Blah blah blah"

I replied with "it is for a promo price of $400" which is the BIN price .

I waited for his response and when I didn't get any I sent him another message this morning " . .. how much will you like to get this domain I am giving you this offer particularly "

Then he replied me with "No thank you"

My head burst I replied with some toast and how the domain is good for him that he should make an offer himself. I even asked why he changed his mind.

Please expertz where do you think I made the mistake.

hmm....seems this DAN move is given them some issues. Had same issue with a buyer on Friday, I imported him as a lead today and contacted their cc, he was able to make payment afterwards. Now they are using bot to chat for the domain Push to "Dan"....something I push almost immediately reply, still no response. Well, till tomorrow sha.
I'll advice you import him as a lead, and hey, that's lower commission from DAN....and also chat their cc up, Laszlo,.... it'll sail through.....

I had similar issues, I pushed but no reply I had to contact lazlo.
Now domain was finally pushed on Friday I was expecting payments today only to receive an error mail from Dan...
Maybe tomorrow the payment will hit my LUNO
