yaaa I used dynadot recently but, it been a long time I open the account, and because I don't understand the site operation, I was asked for secret question and birthday date. Unfortunately one of my answer is incorrect and for that, my account was locked that I cannot have access to my domain name setting. I was asked to send passport or drivers licence which I don't have either. They are even telling me to keep buying into the locked account. what a joke!!!!

It is necessary you know security question you put in,
Because that is the only way your domains can be protected even if there was hack on your account.

When submitting unregistered names, you have the option of choosing to register the name or for SH to register it.

Or tell them you are ok with both option so they will choose. In this case they choose that I register it.

I changed my mind about it and offered it to the house to register and submit. So how is this a bad practice

As for the other person who said I am making them richer, how am I doing that? The commission for both options differ.

If SH registers it, you get 22.5%-27% of the selling price

If you register it, you take 65% of the selling price
