Another thing is that even if it was listed as prenuim name the number of views does not directly determine the if the domain will sell
The number of views is indirectly proportional to you selling the domain.
Which means views are good, it shows that people have seen it which could result in a sale later, because the probability that 5 views in ever 100 views is a serious buyer is 95%

I have two similar domain names

One is a mecahnic, he still uses the domain on all online, Documents have sent him mails, but he has never replied any, I just stopped mailing him, and the domain has numerous visits. His Facebook page is very active, I will still hold on to the name for one more year.

Second one is also active, but have refused to buy the domain.
This two domains gets me many views to my portfolio.



There is another, she uses the dot network version of the domain and is not even bothered on the dot com, after several mails. Though she is a real estate agent shall. I plan dropping this one.

In my own case I have one in .com but the company uses there .org

I never imagined I will stay with that domain for 24hrs but now It is 2months

Omoh I mailed the company the read my mail 12 times no reply no nothing,

I sent again with proof of traffic I get from the domain..explaining to them that it is customers typing in there .com instead of .org.
The read it 15 times , nothing no reply no nothing.

I now went to check there company address lo and behold na India,
I had to bring dowm the price from $2,500 I intially placed it to $795

Created fresh mail and email them...omoh no reply till now
Me self I don lock up, I will renew it even if it expires.

There .org is expiring by December
Let me watch what the want to do

I sold two domains last month (August), the first time I will be making such sales in a single month as I rely mostly on inbound sales pending when I learn the Art of doing outbound mails.

Earlier I sold one domain in June and another domain in July after I had reduced the Buy Now price for the domains to $499. Below is the report for the sales.

Automategate/com – Registered at Godaddy @ $8.47 in January 2018 and sold at Afternic in August 2019 @ $499. Inbound.

AtlantaVR/com – Registered at Namesilo @ $6.99 in June 2019 and sold at Afternic in August 2019 @ $499. Inbound.

Marketingonweb/com – Registered at Godaddy @ $8.47 in August 2017 and sold at Afternic in July 2019 @ $499. Inbound.

VRJoker/com – Registered at Namesilo @ $6.99 in November 2018 and sold at Afternic in June 2019 @ $499. Inbound.

Promos are good, but sometimes, when you are discouraged from using this registrars, as a newbie at times because of many underlying problems with them, most of us won't listen.

I told most of my domaining friends that are learning, to disregard such registrars, when they asked me. And I believe I mentioned it here to.
Mr don't worry everything will go fine, but this is an eye opener for you,and others here.

Next time,You spend money to on top domain registrars,like Godaddy, namesilo, dynadot and Porkburn. Because since you are selling to end users, you will definitely make a gain By GOD GRACE.

This is my final advice to avert this kind of scenerios from occurring.

1) if the tell you to push and you don't push then the will keep reminding you, if no answer the will contact buyer and return the money

2) if the buyer walks to bank or call there credit card personnel and now report a case of scam...the might force Dan to reverse the funds...

But chances for these to happen are very slim
