Good day ma. I ve secondary infertility, been ttc for 1yr and 5mth, dh was diagnosed of low sprm count. Placed on addyzoa but no improvement then we changed our gynea and he was placed on ovumine and later they added manix though there is improvement with about 5mil increase. l ve done all test and all normal. My questions are 1. is it possible for sperm to reduce despite the fact l ve been pregnant for him before 2. what can I do to be able to conceive with 8mil sperm count. Please help

Welcome to this thread and may your stay here be very short and fruitful. To your questions, it's possible for sperm to reduce despite previous conception, I'm also going thru secondary infertility. My hubby had that issue and we both treated infections which sometimes reduces the sperm count. He was placed on proviron and there wasn't much improvement and we later got fertilisan for male and fertil F for female and his count increased from 8m to 35m within 3 months of taking it. Afterwards, my doc placed him on fertilaid, motility boost and count boost which also helped though for now he isn't taking the drugs again. Fertility blessings

Good day Pastor, please help interprete this dream for me. I'm a woman about to conceive a baby & I had a dream last night where I spotted blood which I noticed when I used the ladies, though it stopped and I wasn't in my menses in the dream. Though I calculated in my dream that I am in cycle day 21, therefore it's implantation bleeding which is normal in some people according to science and I was happy. Please what does this mean?

Hi mamas...I was just gonna keep this to myself but well decided otherwise for some reasons. I kept having positives on HPTs since last week tuesday. However, I went to do a scan and blood test today and got negatives. Doc says its a chemical pregnancy as Urine test is still showing positive...and I have started bleeding with clots. I am not happy but I thank God still. I look forward to a better future outcome.

Congrats dear, back to back bfp. It can only be God. Some hpt strips dont pick up the HCG hormone quickly however the blood test is always the most accurate for pregnancy test, i stand to be corrected though. Give urself some days more and re-test on the hpt and you will see your two bold lines staring at u.

@Curvilious, we mamas here join faith with you that its a bfp. 7 days late period should be pregnancy. Quickly test and come and share the good news with us.
@4realwoman, will advise you run a scan if you are scared but some people spot around the time of their ovulation so start bedding immediately.

Mamas, lets keep praying and believing in God knowing that one day we will get our much awaited bfps. A Nigerian woman waited for 17 years and gave birth to sextuplets (3 girls and 3 boys), it can only be God. God's promise for everyone must come to reality and we shall all be celebrated. @fpeter, please delete that friend from your friend list. She is not human at all. Keep doing what you are doing and I pray God blesses you very very soon. As for that doctor, he is not God and I wonder if this is how he talks to his patients. TTC isn't a child's play and people's emotions should be respected. And find a place in your heart to forgive them and pray God blesses you quickly so as to shame them that laugh at you.

I got pregnant the same month I got married august 2015, this month makes a year I did CS due to pre-eclampsia and I lost the baby some days after so have been trying since December 2016 nothing happened. I went to one private hospital last month and the doctor told me to hold for a while, I don't really like the hospital so I just walked away. I did the surgery at Lagos island maternity and to see the gynea back is an issue.

I have a regular 26cycle and quiet sure of ovulation as well ,I don't just know what happened for some months now.I don't mind if I can get suggestion on any supplement, other test I can do in the lab and a good gynea around IYANA - IPAJA/EGEBEDA/IKEJA/ABULE-EGBA Axis.
