It's raw; jst like in salad only that it's jst cabbage, nothing added. U eat as much as u can first thing in the morning n give it time to digest before having breakfast. U can search d TTC thread for it. Baby dust sis

Hi sis. Even as u'r taking those medication, Y don't u try d natural method of eating cabbage? Cabbage on empty stomach i.e first thing in d morning n last thing at night. I did it d cycle I conceived my son after ttcing for 12 cycles...combined with a couple of other things sha. I used to have clear fluid come out of my boobs when pressed. I did the cabbage therapy again as I was abt weaning my son n I conceived again that same month....which never happened even for once since I gave birth. My son nursed for 15m+. I believe it's all God's timing though but a trial can't hurt. And whatever u'r doing, keep taking folic acid + vit. E; very good for fertility. I wish u all the best....fertility blessings.

Is it eating raw cabbage or cooked cabbage? I need to try this method if nothing happens this cycle.

You can do a pelvic scan (5k) or transvaginal scan (7k), hormonal test (15k), HSG test (15K), HVS to test for infection (5k). These prices might differ based on your location and please ensure you are seeing a gynae so as to follow up with based on ur test result. Wishing you fertility blessings.

The husband is her major concern, he has refused to run any tests. I also told her that pelvic scan wasn't enough she said the sonographer told her that since she's had a child before that her case is secondary infertility and she doesn't need HSG...

Please tell ur friend to undergo the HSG test irrespective of being secondary infertility and she should encourage the husband to run his own tests too.

Their HSG isn't painless o, I took paracetamol before the procedure and yet I felt the pain but I had to endure.

@Afagha and Mummykyrti, I used Union Diagnostics, Victoria Island last year for most of my tests. HSG is 15k, hormonal profile is 15k and if you want to include the E2 test, its 5k which makes it 20k, then TVS is 7k, pelvic ultrasound is 5k and HVS is 5k. Hope this helps.

For TVS, your bladder will have to be empty and you will get your result immediately.

@Afagha, seems we are cycle mates. AF showed this morning while at work, i just vex put my pad. It's well o. We must carry our babies in our arms this 2017 whether the devil likes it or not. We shall overcome TTC.

@curvilicious, please how old is this your husband's cousin? Why would he not sweep where he lives as the smallest in the house, why wont he greet you in the morning, why wont he do house chores? Its disrespectful and unfortunately hubby is supporting him. My advice, don't complain to your hubby anymore and don't complain to MIL either. They have come to disrupt the peace you and your husband was enjoying before they came in and please for how long is their stay? What you will do is to forgive your husband so that you will free your mind towards him and let our baby come into a happy home but as for your husband's cousin, please ignore him and deal with him in your own way. Above all, please be very prayerful. God will help you.

Hi dear, i know his comment hurts you but please forgive him and forget about it. Please when he comes back from work, pretend like nothing happened in the morning. Try and take it off your mind, sometimes too the devil comes in between couples during ttc to cause unnecessary disagreements but don't allow it to be happen. I am sure he will still ask you to forgive him for those comments because he didn't say them intentionally. Above all, take it to God in prayers and know that you will surely testify very very soon. Its well dear.

Dh refuse to go for test since whenever I rest the issue he wil pick offense,finally he did it in December but has not collected the result. If I ask him how far with the result he will reply by asking me if my whole life depend on doctors report that as for him he doesn't need it. I don't really know what to do.

You need to find a way to convince your husband to collect his result so that you will know what next to do, I pray God gives you wisdom to handle him because some men can be difficult when it comes to ttc issues.

@ fpeter and all that may need the hospital details. It's Imperial Medical Centre, 65 Brickfield road, Apapa road, Ebute-Metta West. Lagos. Tel no 08034085364.(A very patient and understanding doctor indeed runs the hospital)

The fee for the flushing procedure was 60,000 naira. The cycle day I had it was on the 11th day. He suggested the closer to ovulation the better.

My dear, thanks very much. That is my gynae, his name is dr Molokwu. I ran away as he wasn't taking me serious on my issue of TTC. He felt i was over stressing myself as my issue is secondary infertility. I will go back to him then. God bless you for this info.
