I guess the selection for training school is based on the date the test was conducted and neither by interviews nor medicals expect for PDP things or urgent need in a particular region
i came abt ds cos our first invite to write test is d only one that contains our identificatn no wc is inform DB/ABJ/MAY/**** ,and selectn shld b based on the month of test, however this is subjective

IPPN they once ask me to come one eastern state then last year,and i was ask to pay for their membership fee ,bt i cudnt travel to see them then,try and stil confirm their authenticity,i think they ve one website like that
