xtianh: OP@ Go and ask Iwuayanwu why that road has not been fixed. Iwuayanwu insisted that he fixed that particular road some times during the past administration but was not paid his full contract sum. Since then he vowed that no other contractor will work on that road till his money is paid back to him.For real? |
