Of course there are going  to be some but the majority will still an issue with it.

America, for the most part is a Christian country with a good few who are deeply religious. To see their representative bowing down to a Muslim King when he barely did the the same to a Christian Queen who also just happens to be the Head of a major church will not do hime any favours especially when he claimed that to be a Christian.

Then there are those whose perspective of the POTUS is that he is the 'Leader of the free world' and whether you like it or not the 'Leader of the free world' prostrating to another Leader of the Muslim world is a major disrespect to the US.

Agreed that America has bigger fish to fry with the economy crisis but I can just see Osama Bin Laden bringing out another video insulting America e.g. "The filthy capitalist American pigs have finally been brought to these knees!" and using that very clip to prove his point. This chicken will surely come home to roost later.

On a personal note, Obama didn't have to do that OTT bow to the King. Some Arabs already see black Africans as inferior beings and so to see a Black man who is the Head of State of a powerful country bow down to their King won't do anything to correct that false image they already have of us.
I agree with you on the bolded part. It wasnt a must to do that but then, it is Obama for he has his own style.
But I disagree, majority dont have issues with that. It may raise lots of questions but if he gets the economy right, no one will even care to remember.

Believe me, the picture looks mind bugging (portrays BO as a muslim in the closet), but on a second thought, it aint a crime.
Maybe at the end of the day, America will benefit from his humility.
Obama bows to a muslim King for the world to see, who in return makes it possible for Osama to be captured and more importantly, a cheaper oil among other stuff. wink

that just tells you that there is no such country as Nigeria. Its a damaging tribalistic setup.
Best option-trisect the country or go back to the 1960-70's.

Eyinmba vs Bayelsa? that should be crunch? what was the scores btw?

There are very good local players but one wonders why none plays for the national team. Instead we go for tired legs who dont even get first team stats. pathetic.

As per Chelsea's crunch match with The Pools, dont worry about us. We know just what to do. The main thing is just not to get cocky.

Chelsea boss Guus Hiddink on letting in three Bolton goals: "It was a wake-up call for us. We must not let it happen again. We got very sloppy and too relaxed and didn't win any duels defensively."

I did watch the match and it was like a sweet dream turn sour.
Chelsea was cruising at 90kph until GH made the double subs.
DD---Nic
Lamps---Deco.

And they started to crumble. Its was unbelievable.
Long balls and bang, the ball is in the net.

All 3 goals were almost identical.

Me thinks both DD and Lamps are very crucial to this Chelsea side.
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga) › Re: Chelsea Fans: Identify Yourselves Here! by FBS: 5:46pm On Apr 11, 2009
from 606http://www.bbc.co.uk/dna/606/A49791658
I thought Drogba's absence was more problematic than Lampard's. Every time a ball was played forward, the Bolton defense won it. That does not happen with Drogba on the pitch. Anelka is just ineffective as a lone striker in a 4-3-3. Also, the midfield did not defend for those ten minutes of maddness. The ball was simply played forward and Chelsea tried to defend with Carvalho and Terry.
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga) › Re: Chelsea Fans: Identify Yourselves Here! by FBS: 5:38pm On Apr 11, 2009
no be only you BD.
I think everyone is gutted. GH still has a lot to learn.
This is the type of result that we need. It will jolt the lads back to reality.

But I think we will play very much differently against The Pools. Certainly.
