I was very ill once and I spent the whole time crying because I didnt want to die and leave my kids for another woman. Thank God he healed me. Make your kids your priority now. Focus on them. Start saving money. Ask him for things you would ordinarily not ask for so that you can siphon money from him and save for your kids. Try and get a job or start a business. You need to be independent just incase of any eventuality. If your husband is a politician, then I;m very worried because that is their lifestyle. Sit him down and tell him you cannot continue like this. Please tell your family. Do not hide this from them because they need to know just incase anything happens. And you need to make sure there is someone that can take good care of your kids like your mum or sister.

Above all, please pray. Tell God to fix it and watch things change.

There's a place on the form DS 160 to state if you have kids & their nationality. That is where your Americana baby comes in. I renewed last year with drop box, visa was out within 1 week. No interview. I didnt inform them I was using the previous visa for childbirth tho but I had been to the US severally before then on vacation. All the best.

Hi dear, I used the dropbox for renewal as well. Fill the ds 160 form, print ur confirmation, pay your visa fees, go to dat 'schedule appointment page', a series of questions will follow. After answering them for eligibility, a dropbox confirmation letter will appear. Print the letter + ur payment receipt + ds 160 confirmation + 2 passport photos + intl passport and take to DHL. No additional document is accepted. 8000 naira to submit and return ur passport.

And also state that i had a baby there and i paid all my bills. I just dont want it to be like I didnt state it. Although when i got my previous visa, i wasnt pregnant even though i mailed the embassy when i took in and decided to go. So im just worried about how to show i had the baby and paid all bills. Did you have to do that? Or they just renewed without issues?

@twizzie Hmm. It somehow seems the VO in your mums case wasn't sure. I'm not surprised because I also called the helpline on their website before reapplying to find out of I was eligible and was told I was not. Yes oh! The arik thing, they have reviewed their policy, it's now 34 weeks. I saw it on their website and i called the office to confirm. You can travel from 30-34 weeks with your fit to fly (doctor's report). You can check it our your self: http://www.arikair.com/health-matters

Since it's on their website, you have a strong reason against them if they bounce you. For now, arik is the most affordable and they have a good POE, New york.

In 2013, I was not pregnant when I applied, got the visa, attended my conference and holiday , came back,took in and went to have a baby in 2014,all expenses paid, on same visa.

My question is: can i apply for same visa category via dropbox ? If yes, what documents do I need to present? I will be attending same conference this year.And I also intend to have a baby again there. What do I need to do?

I arrived the US via Lufthansa and my POE was Atlanta. I and my husband were kept in a room for secondary inspection for about 2 hours. Their point was that I didn't state during my interview that I was pregnant and that I only said I was coming for family vacation with my daddy,mum,hubby& myself. We explained to them that at the time of the interview we didn't know I was going to give birth in the US and my hubby even visited the American embassy in Abuja to explain our change of plans.A

And we sent emails to them informing them about the change of plans.we also explained that my folks r still coming over after the birth of the baby. Finally, after looking at the email correspondence and calling my host.they allowed us to go and stamped 6 months entry. They counted our money to ensure that we had enough. It was God that saw us through.though Its not my first time coming to the US but they said that there has been a rise in the number of pregnant women coming to the US for birthing purpose.
I registered yesterday at the southern regional medical center, riverdale. It's 4k for normal delivery and 6k for CS.and other extra bills may apply.
