How do you arrived at a conclusion that the customer did not have cintrust mfb. Have both of you visited the bank to verified. It likely the customer want to defraud you. If you can do a screenshot, then send the first receipt with the wema account number.

Yes I went with the person to the bank and this person is my own younger sister

I did a quick search with the acct numbers and i realized they both have same name. Palmpay usually recommends the name of the bank after you input the account no. Possible the wema bank agent played you.

No sir, we went to the bank to get the account statement

Which palmpay account do you use? Personal or agent account? If you use personal account, you need to extent your complain to palmpay website and they will rectify it. But if you use an agent account, just visit their nearest branch in your city. You'll talk to them in person. They will check and rectify it. Don't panic yet.

Pls send me their website

I want to share my experience with Palmpay fraud. I did a transfer to a WEMA Bank from my Palmpay wallet since on the 05th October, 2023 and the money left my wallet successfully and while the Wema Bank customer was busy waiting for alert, no alert and no money in the account after two days, i decided to check my wallet again and found out something i have never experienced before since i started using accounts. We both found out that PALMPAY changed the bank name from WEMA Bank to CINTRUST MFB and they also changed the account number from 0228865908 to 1100356502 meanwhile the customer don't even have Cintrust MFB account but the customer's name is written correctly with 1100356502 as her account number and i have been mailing them.
Please i need help

Politics / Bayelsa State Govt Using Wrong People To Share Palliative by Fchristo(m): 7:15pm On Nov 17, 2023
The Senator DOUYE DIRI led government is doing a very right thing by giving out palliatives to all Bayelsans but using the wrong set of persons in doing so make Bayelsans to complain even more especially those set of Bayelsans who worked and retired as senior public servants for 35 years and could not even empower one person in their Political Ward yet coming back home to drag rice bags with the youths who supported and voted Douye Diri massively. The Governor should look well so as not to allow such persons spoil his good name because he is the only man full of vision to move Bayelsa to the next level. The retired police officer who is in charge of ward eight in Ekeremor is a bad political image.

Nairaland / General / Labour Commerced Strike Nationwide by Fchristo(m): 11:55am On Nov 14, 2023
The Nigerian Labour Congress today 14th November,2023 have started a nationwide strike due to Federal Government inability to accept to the demands of the worker after the government's removal of the fuel subsidy and prices of everything in the country increased tremendously to the point that many workers can not even afford to eat two square meal per day despite the hard work, commitment and dedication to their jobs.
It is clear that this government is not ready to listen to the cry of the workers or improve the living standard of workers in the country hence the unions decision to go on strike because this is the only way out for government to do the needful.

There is something called return on investment, and also transactional love after paying huge bride price

Let's forget the illusion of free and fair election, elections are very expensive running into billions... Mobilization, advert, campaign, radio gingle

These are reasons why our leaders don't work at all because you can't tell them the truth due to fear

Vote buying is not rigging, people sold their right to vote a leader

Tell that to other and not me. If the leader doesn't do any work in the State, i want to believe that nobody will say he is not a good leader because he must recover what he spent first before talking about anything else

Why are Nigerians not getting congratulations for our innovation on democracy

Because we are yet to improve and mind you, some states still face the rigging you are talking about on Saturday

The Senator Diri's team tried their best to organized themselves for the election and the party delegates too were fully at each and every pooling unit to do their work but APC were not organized and tried to make issues out of nothing and their plan to cause violent in any unit PDP is leading failed due to the good security President Tinubu provided to make sure the election is peaceful and credible.
