dokiOloye:Oh my God! You just said the bitter truth of which many will call you names, but one day we must get things right and send him to where he belong, is just a matter of time. |
Another lie and embarrassment from the presidency if actually this news is anything to go by,the five governors paid their way out for the trip,we were told entourage summed to about 229 persons since the source don't refute that figure then means its true so, who paid for the rest? The essence of this news is to repose confidence that the government is still on couse to cut down wastage if so why not ask the governors to do same, if the cost of the rest were on the governors since invitation was only meant for the president? What stop the presidency from coming out with the exact figure if that amount is exaggerated, as mr. Integrity? |
Hawlahscho:How will you when hatered has blinded your sense of resoning, we are instersted on results and not this I will,we will statements, their were structures on ground to build on that's the reason she said projects will be compled, on like laying a foundation so what's the order for without direction? It only exposes his inept in leadership so what exactly are you celebrating? |
For those still insisting on the site to be located in lagos, can they recall why the groundnut pyramid was build in kano? Its high time we call a spade a spade and put away instrest based on sentiment and dwell on reality. The shipyard will built within its operational area except they are no willing to do bussiness though we will not resort to violence by asking them to do whatever they want to do within its operational area. |
vedaxcool:. Your defence make no sense at all. Please argue with fact in line with the constitution of Nigeria and not the other wat round. |
banki:. Did I hear you saying the reason the naira is falling is as a result of excess Dollar in circulation? If this is coming from the Buharic economy team then, am beginning to believe that Nigeria might just in onechance# if its dollar that's in excess then how could be naira that would be falling? This could be just another postulation in economic because its contrary to the rules of demand and supply. How can making dollar scarce grow your economy? |
wakaman:Are you actually a Nigerian? |

Can anybody please explain to me why Buhari doesn't want to probe from at least 1999? Because Buhari himself said, PDP had destroyed Nigeria for the past sixteen (16) years, then why must he not probe what he had already concluded to be wrong? Anything sort must not be accepted. Secondly, why is APC as a party scared of probing the far past. Do we really want to get rid of this Anemia called CORRUPTION. |
It is well ooo. Truth must always prevail. |
Gboliwe:I think, this is the right time to call for his removal and investigation because if this call had been done then, ordinarily, the North would have attached another interpretation to its original meaning so, this is the right time because we have MR. Intergrity and no nonsense man at the helm of affairs and since he tag everything about the previous administration as corrupt so, if he falls, we know that he's among those leaders who introduce corruption into our dear country because he's one time head of state. So hit every site biko. |
smemud:that's the reason anything rebuilding the NE should done with their own monthly allocation and not with anything from any where.Your crazy Islam and you rot in hell. |
Buhari said to stop wastage,he will not be traveling with the so called private jet after all there's no difference between him and other Nigerians of which to prove his point, even after been elected as the president, he traveled via passenger plan but what's happening now? Over 2 billion naira was spent on a trip with tax payers money with nothing tangible to show for it, with the highest number of entourage with no technocrats, organized private sector to drive the economy, industrialist etc. So who's deceiving who? Kwankwanso should stop displaying his stupidity and explain to Nigerians on why he took court injunction to stop EFFC from arresting him as he claim to be a honest Nigerian. |
Any probe short from 1999 can not be ACCEPTED nigerians let's get the job done once and for all. |
Buhari is pepertually unelectable - El rufai |
wakaman:what are your parameters? |
rottennaija:What do you know? |
That's the reason we Nigerians want Buhari to start his probe from 1999 since even APC and the president himself acknowledge PDP led government had destroyed Nigeria for the past sixteen years.I know people will apologize for GJE. |
SW 11, SS 8 |
Kx:No, you got it wrong, what he's saying is start it from when we came back to democratic rule, which is 1999 that's when we can get it done. Why are you scared. |
BabaO2:How and why can't it be effective if its extended beyound 2010, let's say from 1999 till date. We want to get rid of corruption and doesn't want from where it started then something must be fisshy and we are not ready for what we intend to do. |

Is very unfortunate for Nigera because if this is what a president has for his country, very irretating, what does he mean by 'compromise' used in his loosed statement, in fact Buhari is the most compromised person since 1999.Can he explain to Nigerians how he got the DSS bose back if not of his parochial compromise, can he explain to nigerians why 95percent of the appointments made so far are from the north of a particular zone if not of compromise? Buhari should tell us why he failed to publicly declare his assets as promised during his electoral campaign than running to the CCB and said he had fullfiled his first electoral promise if not of his compromised attitude. What Nigerians need are strong institutions, functional institutions and not just strong men on weak institutions. Buhari should know he's the president and not a critic. If everybody is compromised as he claimed, how does he successfully go into allience and formed a party? With angels or with the same compromised people. Somebody is sick. |
I think these are some of the few questions any sane mind will like to ask; which of the senate standing order rule was forged? Was it 1999,2003,2007,2011 or 2015? If it was the 2015 order, what was really forged? If its the 2011 order why do the senate have order rule book for with regards to each tenure, what has been the tradition in recent times. Let justice be done not on basis of eye service. Is it constitutional that leadership of the national/ state assembly must come from the ruling party? Lawyers in the house over to you. |
PassingShot:Nigeria is not moving the it ought to as you said because of people like you who are blinded with hatred and sentiment. As you claim since the previous administration is the most corrupt in the history of Nigeria, how did you came u with that conclusion? maybe assumption so to verify that, extend the heavenly call 'probing' to other administrations is that what you mean by defending not to probe the Jonathan led administration? Is better to solve the cause of the problem rather than attending to the problem.Be objective and stop the insult to prove your point. |
morbeta:Did you even get the heading before displaying your ignorance? It says sixteen richest politicians from Nigeria "having account in US" so if Akpabio,Annine and others don't have an account in US, what do you expect them to do. You don't accept/believe it because it doesn't hit your target? Abi sick president with sick supporters. |
Sick president with sick supporters. |
Utchgirl:Thanks bros for your appriciation, they claim to love Nigeria more than their ownselves but don't want to see any good thing happening to Nigeria, they always crave for negativity of Nigeria, in their immaginations,by doing so they are expressing their love for Nigeria. |
Its really embarrassing after reading the comments made by president of a country in an international scene. I think its an abuse to intellectual,no wonder Buhari said he will stabilize global oil price and equate one naira to one dollar. In his word; During his four-day official visit to the United States of America, President Muhammadu Buhari will ask President Barack Obama to help to locate and return $150 billion believed to have been stolen by corrupt officials in the last decade. If Mr. Buhari is begging Obama to help locate and return stolen money why not Buhari wait for Obama to locate and came up with the actual figure since he doesn't even know where the said monies are. How does he came up with such figure since he doesn't know how the monies were stolen? Buhari should stop embarrassing Nigeria and making statement by the impulse of his heart. |
By Ikenna Asomba CNN’s chief international correspondent and anchor of Amanpour nightly foreign affairs programme on CNN International will by 7pm Nigerian time be interviewing President Muhammadu Buhari, who is in the US to meet with US President, Barack Obama. As the time ticks for the interview session, here are five salient questions Nigerians who visited Amanpour’s twitter timeline @campour wants her to ask Buhari. – Please help us ask Nigerian president why hasn’t he publicly declare his assets as he promised during campaign? – Is he in the U.S seeking help to take on BH or in the U.S cos Obama invited him? – Any revelations yet as to financiers and sponsors of the Boko Haram insurgency? – Don’t forget to ask if he already has a shortlist for his cabinet? – Ask him about the economy and his plans on massive education of North East youths to defeat Boko Haram? |
simeonii:Sir,that's the reason things are done the other way round in our beloved conutry, instead of building strong institutions we confined ourselves of building strong men till we change this concept and start building strong institutions it will be difficult for us to move out from where we are. Though its the result we are looking into, but will you say El rufa got it wrong ok |
