Na wa, yesterday you all were here praising CNN for SO RO SOKE, against LIA MUHAMMED .

Today you guys tag them FAKE, what is fake about it?

Will CNN be at all places at every time they will pick their report from various sources. I belt to tell you that the Number of death during the ENDSAR Protest exceed the number even mentioned.

The Videos of the ENDSAR Protest was gotten from same Nigeria Youth from all part of the country, how did it become IPOB handy work alone??

Why are we so divided and unstable ..... when the going was smooth , everyone keyed into the ENDSAR ideology - it wasnt IPOB then. We saw the way the Government came trying to stop and discredit the move but failed, which we all praised until they implored and unlashed the Army , Police and the Hoodlums' alas there was dead, injuries and destruction , the ENDSAR protest stopped. Then the count of lost, denial , blame and counter claims rolled in.

The Nigeria Media that wud have been of help to line up the facts and data , were immediately slapped fine and coerce into dropping the idea to dig deeper. They never wanted any evidence of the mascara to be gotten - so they put off the light, removed/shutdown the Camera and open fire (whether live or not live Bullet) they sha started shooting unarmed peaceful protesters who were with their Country's Flag and singing the Nation's National Anthem ( what a shame and felony act) . In the bit to live for another day, some died, some rushed to hospital, some went home. ( denial of any dead came in - but sha, if there are bullet wounds on those in Hospital, such shooting is also capable of killing).

The evidences were suppressed and so the Government started springing up various conspiracy theory in the bit to eventually burry the scene as though nothing like that happened, or better still, so the ENDSAR protest will go the path of her previous predecessors . But as Mother earth will have it, DJ had a live video which had already gone viral and most likely contain the footage of what happened at LEKKI . which everyother persons, panel , body etc held on as the most likely available evidence.

Lo and behold, The same Government lunched attached on DJ and his live video to discredit the only available evidence - which if they succeed , even the panel report will be of no effect .

Then CNN refused to chicken out, the world must not go to sleep, what happened at LEKKI is a crime against humanity and must not be burred like her sisters had been . Also knowing well, what Nigeria Government is capable of turning the assumed PANEL report into, they choose to work with available fact and preach their side of the gospel.

Yet same people who had the direct burnt turned back to crucify the only BOLD TV station for trying to call their Government out, and letting them give account for their evil deed.

They not only crucify their helper, they also stone their brother for what they all were in-it together ooo

Who did this to us? why are we like this? are you sure we arent the cause of our predicament ? like we are actually what our government is.

They are desperate. The video is crappy and anyone who believes that gibberish can believe anything.

So you want same government that ordered the light off and camera remove admit that there was dead/causality ?? the world has gone far away from you and your paymaster, You cannot always hide and deceive all at all times. As it is this Government is capable of destroying confirm evidences ( those with cases of death - inclusive) . I was privileged to watch the TV same night ( courtesy of Channels, ALive and Art who were popping up various live videos ) cases of those who dropped down following the shooting and were subsequently picked up by the armies were aired , cases of stopping ambulance from having access into the scene arena was also gotten. If nothing is to be hidden why all these shaddy acts??

Lagos State Government Attested to some protesters been injury as a result of the army shooting at Lekki and also confirm that he went to Hospital to see the injurred and they are been attended /Treated. so if the bullet or shooting is capable of injuring and sending protesters to hospital, it also capable of killing too.

Lia Muhammed was able to shut the Nigeria Media up, and intimidate them with fines and cheap blackmail , hence they couldnt dig and do there own independent investigation, directing everyone to wait and accept the panel review, when we already know what the end already.

Sorry CNN will not chicken out on his barking. We are praying CNN will continue her good work especially on this matter.

Yes the Ban has taken effect!

Ones you are invited, go with all you advised documents and anyother you think you cud be asked for. The Interview will take it normal course without undue pressure. By default you have been moved to Wavier status -ones the exercise goes fine, you are handed the white sheet, your passport is collected and you told... due to the Ban your VISA will not be issue now, until the wavier is checked if the wavier turns out fine, you are contacted and advised to pick it up vis the DHL/online platform, if not - you are also called to pick the passport up while your status is placed on Administrative Progress.

Waiver is subjected to test amongst which are ;
1. if your been denied cud course undue hardship ( mainly for minor, handicap, fully dependent etc)
2. Your present into USA is not likely to expose America to any form of terrorism attack etc ( I think the possible hit will be the Northern Muslim in Nigeria, if you don't fall into this, then you are likely to get a GOOD tick for this line)
3. Your admission is going to be a sort of gain to America govt ( this ofcourse is on income generation for the Government- TAX, you got a profession, you will be employed into the workforce and you earn income and the Government take there share in form of TAX. if this check comes out good, then you are most likely going to get the wavier approved).

1. Your American Fiance(e), Spouse or a qualifying relative can apply for an immigrant visa.
2. If it is accepted by USCIS and NVC (if all documents are correct), you get NOA1 and NOA2, the NVC number and follow the process as usual until the Interview.
3. You can be approved in the Interview but NO visa will be issued as there will be NO Priority Date for you because of the Ban.
4. Your file goes to Administrative Processing until the Ban is lifted or you have a very special situation and your waiver is approved.
5. When the Ban is lifted, all applicants are in line to get the interview and medicals, police report again. It will be a long line (many people waiting) and the process will be longer even with the ban lifted.
6. Better to apply now or after the ban is lifted? With Immigration it's better to start the process as soon as you can. Sooner you start, sooner your approval will come, it will be a very long waiting time, line of people.
7. If your documents and payments are accepted, you will not to apply again unless your petition is denied. Just waiting in line until the Ban is lifted.

This makes a whole lot of sense.

Ones you are Documentarily Qualified, You still go through throw all the process down to Interview... after which you are either issued a VISA or Placed on Administrative Processing (i.e.- Visa on HOLD) pending when the BAN is lifted.

Responding, the US Ambassador Leonard said the visa issue was not a ban and that the action was not meant to be a permanent one. saying it would hopefully be resolved “in a single-digit month.”

Has anyone called NVC to know if their case will be affected after case is completed?

I did on behalf of my siblings yesterday.

I even got mail from NVC- Wednesday 05/Feb/2020, telling me I am Documentarily Qualified, that they are working with US Embassy in Nigeria to schedule an interview for me soonest.

I keep my hand crossed and watch out how this plays out..
