Most voters are concerned about the pandemic and the economy, so when they favor Joe Biden on coronavirus and Donald Trump has a narrow edge on pocketbook issues -- it makes for a tight race for the White House.

The latest Fox News Poll finds voters trust Biden to do a better job than Trump on health care by 17 points, coronavirus by 9, and relations with China by 6. Trump is trusted more on the economy by a slim 3-point margin.

Eighty-eight percent are concerned about coronavirus spreading and 78 percent feel the economy is in bad shape.

There has been a seismic shift in views on the economy since the pandemic. In January, voters rated economic conditions positively by an 11-point margin: 55 percent excellent/good vs. 44 percent only fair/poor. Today, views are negative by 58 points: 20 percent excellent/good vs. 78 percent only fair/poor.

Stating this as a caveat, no president has won re-election with an economy this bad and it won't be much better before November. For now most electorates care more about the 'main street' (their livelihood) than about the 'wall street' (trump's ego) and their health issues (post covid-19).

Ron Johnson (R-Wis.), to subpoena Blue Star Strategies, a Democratic public-relations firm that did consulting work for Burisma, a Ukrainian energy company whose board Hunter Biden sat on. Johnson’s probe focuses on allegations that Blue Star Strategies sought to leverage Biden’s position on the board in order to influence matters at the Obama-era State Department.

“The question I would ask is, what is everybody worried about?” Johnson said. “If there’s nothing there, we’ll find out there’s nothing there. But if there’s something there, the American people need to know that.”

A Florida man who initially believed the coronavirus was a “fake crisis” that was “blown out of proportion” is now hospitalized along with his wife — and is sounding a cautionary note about the deadly bug.

“I thought it was maybe the government trying something, and it was kind of like they threw it out there to kinda distract us,” Brian Hitchens told WPTV from his hospital bed.

“I’d get up in the morning and pray and trust in God for his protection, and I’d just leave it at that. There were all these masks and gloves. I thought it looks like a hysteria,” he added.

The Uber driver described his ordeal in a lengthy Facebook post.

Many people still think that the Coronavirus is a fake crisis which at one time I did too and not that I thought it wasn’t a real virus going around but at one time I felt that it was blown out of proportion and it wasn’t that serious,” he wrote.

Hitchens said he continued downplaying the pandemic until he began feeling sick and stopped working.

A couple of days later, his wife also began feeling unwell, so she went to a hospital and was told to go under quarantine.

But when the couple’s conditions worsened, Hitchens wrote, they went to Palm Beach Gardens Medical Center.

“They admitted us right away and we both went to ICU. I started feeling better within a few days but my wife got worse to the point where they sedated her and put her on the ventilator,” he said.

“I was never put ventilator and started feeling better feeling stronger never had terrible aches and pains just weak and exhausted,” Hitchens said, adding that his wife remains sedated.

“After 3 weeks I have come to accept that my wife may pass away and the peace I have about it is that I know without a shadow of a doubt that she will be going home to be with the Lord but I also do believe in miracles and I’m holding on to the chance that she may get healed but if not I am thankful for her I know we’ve been married for 8 years,” he said.

He added: “So think about what I wrote and think about if this thing is a fake crisis.

“Looking back I should have wore a mask in the beginning but I didn’t and perhaps I’m paying the price for it now but I know that if it was me that gave it to my wife I know that she forgives me and I know that God forgives me.”


Just have to feel sorry for people protesting against the lockdown in the different states. This covid-19 is serious.

Barr says he does not expect criminal investigation of Obama or Biden as result of Durham probe

Attorney General Bill Barr said Monday he does not expect U.S. Attorney John Durham’s review into the origins of the Russia probe will lead to a “criminal investigation” of either former President Barack Obama or former Vice President Joe Biden -- while noting that their concern of “potential criminality” in the conduct of that probe is “focused on others.”

Barr did say, however, that “not every abuse of power, no matter how outrageous, is necessarily a federal crime.”

“As for President Obama and Vice President Biden, whatever their level of involvement based on what I know, I don’t expect Durham’s work will lead to a criminal investigation of either man,” Barr said. “Our concern of potential criminality is focused on others.”

You’re welcome to come talk about everything you did with Crossfire Hurricane and your knowledge. But here’s what I would say: If Nadler and Schiff tried to subpoena President Trump to go to the House, the president would say, ‘No.’ All of us would be all over them.”

“Nobody is above the law, including Barack Obama,” he continued. “If I find any evidence of criminal wrongdoing, I’ll turn it over to the prosecutor in this case, Mr. Durham from Connecticut. But I am a separate branch of government. I have oversight over the executive branch. There’s a separation of powers issue here, and in over 200 years, we’ve never had a president called before the Congress — probably for a reason. But Barack Obama will be held accountable if he did anything wrong in the prosecution system, not the political system.”

This just shows Trump doesn't have any clue or understanding about how the three arms of government operates. So sad for a stable genius.
