My question now is this. if former leaders like u are this intelligent why is it that we still have all this problems in our society since independence. Is it that immediately u pple get into office- u become blind to all these things for 8years. and after ur period in office. Wen u are out u remove the blindcloth off ur eyes and begin to c things like we c it. Is that it?

BUA and Dangote are not helping Nigeria`s future and its most saddening when everybody fold their hands and pretend like everything is okay.how is it o.k when half baked and unqualified technicians and engineers are employed into this so called conglomerates as EXPATRIATES while our own are being treated as second class citizens.I even hear they now train expatraites in BUA!! Nigeria,we have to wake up! This country will rot if we fold our hands and do nothing about our future.The Brits have done theirs and got away with it.If we allow indians and other fourth grade races to be trainned in a country where qualified graduates hardly get jobs! Nature will not forgive us on the day of treckoning.By the way, will a nigerian ever be trainned in any capapcity in any firm in india?

Juicy: My Reply.

I have travelled and lived in europe africa and North america. Honestly, qualification is of little relevance in some developed countries today.A lot of things have change in the world today. And organisations respond as well. People who have worked in companies like Dangote abroad- will always be accepted for jobs(Even if they are illiterates) before graduate of Nigerian universities. So ur qualification doesnt realy count wen u have not actually practice wat u have read. Wat really count today is somebody who can start the job 2day and immediately start delivering result for the company. And not someone who the coy will first train for months b4 he wil start delivering result to d company. And from research, evidence has it that it is only people who have worked in that capacity that can also work in thesame capacity- and not a dumb as certificated graduate. It is not only in nigeria that graduates dont get jobs today oh. In the states it is thesame thing. In the UK it is thesame thing, In Canada- some Cab Drivers have PHD from Nigerian Universities. Some were lecturers here. My guy-my adviceto u is just to follow them Dbanj, tuface and don jazzy route- and be ceative in ur own way - that is the only way u can sustain ur self oh. Nobody is being paid to promote anybody.We are all nigerians, and we dont like the way things are presently, and we want things to change.So wat we should be concern abt is getting competent people in every sector of Public Sevice to change things for the better. Like Ifueko Omoiguie is doin in Inland revenue today.And noteverytin criticising people who are doin very well in their small area of contribution to National development. The guy is good and has done well as chairman of the various commitees he has ever been part of.

Has anybody considered honourable s.m Eyiboh for President. The guy talks well and is very intelligent. u can see this in many interviews with him. He has good understanding of the issues in nigeria. And knows how to narrate how he feels about it to his audience that to me is sometimes briliant and is wat is expected from our leaders. The guy talks like OBAMA.

Let them bring in consultants to rule the country. Maybe KPMG, PWC, DELLIOT TOUCHE, ARTHUR ANDERSON.
They will do better than PDP. Only that it will be expensive.

That is to show you how creative we are compare to others. We set the stage- others copy.
