Afrofreelancers' hub is recruiting for freelancers with skills in different job categories. Go to www.afro-freelancers.com for more information Afrofreelancers’hub is an online working platform built for the purpose of connecting freelancers with clients/employers to get jobs done ( both online and local jobs). This community was developed in response to the need of managing unemployment rate in Nigeria. The purpose of this community is helping the public with getting paid by doing what they love. People go for skill acquisition training but after the training they can’t utilize what they have acquired as there is no means to showcase their skills and talents. This platform will bring to light those hidden talents. Not only freelancers can benefit from this platform, the benefits are also open to businesses and companies. Some benefits includes: • Small business can grow their business on this freelance website • Companies that can't employ employees can hire freelancers to get job done at a cheaper rate and in a short time without commitment. • Access to massive pool of quality talents • Easier means of sourcing for products and services • Workers can enjoy freedom • Ease with finding Jobs through the internet • Easy access to manufacturing and agricultural industries to boost the country’s economy • Get jobs and employ/create own working team. With the current economic state of the economy, most companies ain’t recruiting for employees anymore but that doesn’t mean they don’t have works to be done. They prefer the service of a freelancer/contractors who can work for them on a contratual agreement for a given amount of time. So with this platform, a new world of opportunities has been established. It is time to stop searching for Jobs and let the Jobs find you. HOW IT WORKS For Employers -Tell us details of your project and our freelancers will get it done for you in a short time. -Post your project for free so interested freelancers around that location can bid for the job and you can browse for relevant freelancers and make offers. -Browse profiles, compare proposals and interview interested candidates -Real time Chat with candidates -Award your project to preferred freelancers -Communicate on how to meet while applying safety measures -Get job done and make payment when job is completed or as agreed -Complete project by rating and review on freelancer’s page For Freelancers -Create your freelance Profile (no payment) -Edit your profile. Specify the freelance services you want to offer and your location so employers can find you when they search for freelancers with such services and location. -Browse Jobs and bid for jobs that interests you. -Conclude agreement with employer on Job description, payment and how to meet physically to get Job done. -Get paid after Job completion -Complete jobs by rating and review on employer’s page - Agreement with employer on Job description, payment and how to meet physically to get Job done. -Get paid after Job completion -Complete jobs by rating and review on employer’s page Source: www.afro-freelancers.com

So i have been craving this food for a long time now, I only get to eat it when am back home in Warri and it is one of my favourite food I don't joke with while growing up. I was wondering if anyone know how it is made so I can make it myself at home. I use to wonder how it gets its reddish colour Isifeniya(kpokpo garri jollof) with fried pig. What do I need and how do I prepare it. You could save a Life right now |

So I have been reading all comments and humming... My take on this is that: Firstly, am a 300l student in nou.,I registered for the fun of it to keep me busy as I already have a first degree from a conventional university. Noun's certificate is nationally and internationally recognised, don't get mad at that if you are not satisfied with that. Noun is not for lazy students, I m speaking from experience trying to compare schooling in a conventional university and nou. You have enough freedom to yourself that makes you lazy and that is where the danger is... you get so free that no one is forcing you to come for lectures/tutorials, you are not signing attendance to get marks to boost your scores cos u ll have to work for your scores on your exam day in front of the computer/ pop paper. You get so free that you can read when you like...and this is dangerous cos there are some people that need to be pushed to study, they are some that study on their own free will. In conventional schools, group work and assignments are meant to push student to work hard. In nou, you are on your own.... so tell me when you are spoilt with that freedom and you get use to it, how can you gather motivation to want to read? Some people don't read until the day of exam and you see them studying tma and when they go in to write their exam and come out, you see them frowning that tma/past questions didn't come out and etc.... Then exams are not marked by just anyone...they are marked by random persons who we dnt know...so if you planning on sorting out a course you are on your own. In summary what am trying to say is that.. nou is not for lazy student, if you are the type that need pushing or a lecturer to give you special attention..then you are on your own. If you are the type that like sorting out your courses to pass or sleeping with lecturers then this school is not for you because even the s.c's director knows nothing about script marking. That is why I won't advice a jambite who is still fresh and need special attention and guidance to start with open university. Nou is suppose to be meant for people with work experience and what to further their education. So when you judge about if the certificate is relevant, state your answer with proof and good reference. Nou has its pro and cons. It is great for people with work experience or people who have been to tertiary institution before but then it is not best for jambites who need educational guidance. Pls stop criticizing the school, even ivy league schools have distance learning programs and they are high recognized. This is not the first open university in the world, there are lot of them... this is the first of its kind in Nigeria..y'all should give government credit for this development and try to encourage them. I know numbers of persons who are extremely busy but nou have helped them in getting a degree that aided their promotion. |
When will registration stop? |
