why cant d gvt motivate ppl to build refineries first before removing subsidy?Must we remove subsidy before investment will take place in d petroleum industry?A concerted effort by d gvt to build refineries in a yr wt maximum capacity will solve d whole problem of scarcity and problems in d industry.And i bet it that in six mnths time d price of fuel will nt go down bc nigeria is a large mrkt with high demand,rather d cartel will cause scarcity to maintain d high price.Dis gvt needs to be sensitive by understanding that harsh decisions r not taken to remove harsh policies bc the masses will be the one to suffer.
