othermen:Others to keep their mouth shut as to what end? |
donaldeke:The more you try to make sense with these the more stu pid you become. Sexually transmitted disease kill you there. |
sageb:Port Harcourt is way better than Delta in terms of job opportunity. I live in both cities and I have my business in both cities as well. If you are PH just have a business you will be good to go. |
Late Sylvester Oromoni: Ijaw Youth Council (IYC) Warns My Statement on Master Sylvester Oromoni’s death In the early hours of today, I was briefed as the Secretary-General of the Ijaw Youth Council (IYC) Worldwide—by the devastating news of the death of Sylvester Oromoni, a 12 year old student in Dowen College, Lekki, Lagos State, who is from Ijaw Ethnic Nationality. Medical findings by doctors confirmed the cause of his death to be occasioned by severe beating which led to bodily injury. As a father of two I vividly understand the grief of the parents of how saddened they are, therefore, I call on the Governor of Lagos State to investigate the death of Master Sylvester Oromoni and bring those responsible to justice even as I commiserate with the Oromoni family in Ogbe-Ijoh Warri kingdom. Let me re-echo Lagos State government must identify the culprits who carried out this dastardly act, so that they can face the rot of the law. Before his demise Sylvester Oromoni identified the culprits as cultists who desperately wanted to initiate him as one of them, but because of his refusal he was physical assaulted. So, I wonder why the Management of Dowen College would downplay the case of murder in a clandestine bid to protect their image and business venture. This is mischievous and must be condemned by all well-meaning Nigerian. The Management of Dowen College through their responses has shown to the world that they are more concerned about the image of their school rather than the life of one of their student, which was cut short in an avoidable circumstances. Sadly, these are the kind of responses you get if you are from the Ijaw Ethnic Nationality. The FGN collaborates with multinational oil companies to steal our oil, impoverish our people with the gross underdevelopment of our communities. Today an Ijaw son has died in search of education, just because the FGN cannot attend to our developmental needs by investing in social programs such as education. That is why as Ijaw people we believe resource justice and self-determination as the only panacea to security of lives and properties in Ijaw Communities. Instead of the Management of Dowen College to soberly reflect and ensure the culprits are brought to justice, they are making provocative statements. Their statement apparently has exonerated the culprits, even when the deceased in his last breath declared, they were cultists, yet Dowen College is playing politics just as the brunt of oil exploration we endure by the oil companies. The Management of Dowen College by this desperate act has proven to Ijaw people that they might be an complicit to this heinous crime or probably has got something to hide. In the Nigerian Legal system a dying declaration is an admissible evidence. There is no gainsaying that whatever the findings of their shabby, hasty, ill-motivated and biased investigations are, they are supposed to furnish it with the Nigeria Police to investigate the matter and not to the general public, as this will misdirect the course of the investigation. The fact is that a child kept under their custody to learn and become a future leader was killed and this makes them preliminary suspects too and not a judge over it. I reiterate, the life of every Ijaw man both young and old is important to us and as the Secretary- General of IYC Worldwide, I will never allow some group of people parading themselves as cultists to take the life of any Ijaw man. I mean this, and I know I speak on behalf of the 8th NEC when I say this. I therefore call on the Lagos State Police Command to swing into action and get to the bottom of this, no matter how highly placed the background of the perpetrators are. The 8th NEC, and indeed Ijaw people will not tolerate any attempt by Dowen College to subvert the wheel of justice in this matter. Any further attempt to do so, the 8th NEC may be tempted to issue directives to the IYC Lagos Chapter to close down Dowen College indefinitely. This is not a mere threat, but a promise to be fulfilled. SIGNED: Comrade Frank M. Pukon Secretary-General Ijaw Youth Council (IYC) Worldwide Glofame Update

Shey now na devil? If he was not caught he will start bragging of the Holy Spirit on Sunday. Now is obvious your God is different from the One who said He will be with the church till the end of time. |
Wetin Father do am? |
Saraki |
Nobody should dump o. We all die here. APC must finish this country |
davidodiba:Please create a thread with this post and title as it is here. You think those idiot don't read Nairaland? They do more than you and I. Add a picture of the red chamber and tag me. |
There will always be critics who think they know more than they know. However, no matter how bad Saraki is he will be far better than BAT in almost all ramifications. I am from the South/South zone and if I see Saraki in the ballot paper once, twice I will vote for him. Give me Saraki for PDP then let's see who is coming for APC. Tinubu and Atiku should go and rest. |
The implosion has not started. Wait till next year. You want all PDP members to decamp to APC and still expect all to be ok? |
I just love this piece. Thanks a lot. |
Excel70:Logically, by insinuation I want you to understand that women are way ahead of men. |
Excel70:A woman of 25 years is already receiving pressure of marriage both internally and externally. A guy of 25, even if he is so successful to be thinking of marriage will advice to take his time, some will even tell him he is still too young. A woman of 40 getting married to a guy of 25 is madness. A guy of 40 getting married to a lady of 20-25 is normal. Men and women are not equal, they will never be. Anyway, I don't think I am making much sense. What do you think? |
Ayiri nobody need you in the palace. The Ologbotsere title you are claiming now is a nickname both to you and your family. You are a complete pack of disgrace with so much dishonour to your family and whether you like it or not the kingdom has moved passed you. Each time I see your comment I see a man the god's want to make mad. Who do you think you are to say you in court with the kingdom? You are not a prodigal son, you are a rejected son and sooner or later people will start using your name as a curse. As you black na so your sense black. Ogiame is our king you can go and die. |
Which siege is over? A careful mantra to continue to destroy the ordinary lives remaining of Nigerians. Come and see how they will move in droves thinking if they did not go the Siege will not be over. O Lord open the eyes of my people. God has given us all the abundant human and natural resources without crusades, no G.O or Pope was there when God was enriching our land, we have it all yet we remain the poverty capital of the world. Why? THE SIEGE IS OVER? I PRAY SO. Nigerians will never learn. |
These ones are still in illusion. Caring leader my anus! If his economic policies were good they will not need the bail out. This mistake Nigerians will never forget in a hurry. |
I will not dispute anything you have said because our fashion and level of understanding in life differs to a very large extent. Okay, let me put it this way. First, there is no tangible decision I make without my wife been on the know and sometimes she has the final say. When real life situations creep in you will know women especially a wife is more than just an element of sex. Wait small. |
Your time go come and your eyes go clear! |
Pumpumking:You can locate their thread if you are looking for one. I am not a retard to be one. |
shantti:I did? Thanks |
itodojr:My reason may not actually or perfectly fit into your lifestyle. We are not wired the same. For me, it is more of a biological reason. When I married her everyone who cares rained insult on me, we did not waste time before the house gets filled up with babies. No single prenatal or postnatal stories, her body was still so young and I believe with little or no abortion stories. Again, I knew she will grow into me. Presently, if I tell people I am older than her with more than ten years some people just wonder and for me she is evergreen. If I had not gotten married to her that young perhaps I would have been so tired but there is always a price to pay. Secondly, regardless of the age difference women are always older than men, a truth too difficult to accept. You are very free to dispute this I won't get offended. |
Pumpumking:My response down there will also take care of your question. |
shantti:The easiest way to sweep a woman off her feet is flattering. For ages men has been using this tactics to bed even very difficult or inaccessible women. Women crave for it, both my little girl and wifey will get offended the moment I don't notice details about them and when I do, just come and see how they will be blushing. The first thing she told me she needed more from me is attention and later she said respect. Making her feel she is the most important female in my life has made my life at least a peaceful one. I dunno, did I even make any sense! |
They desire both attention and respect. |
Please let her go in peace and pray God to bless her in her new pursuit of life. Ok? Just be very okay with her decision please. As men our timing and theirs are not the same as somebody rightly said up there. Personally, I refuse to marry a woman that our age difference is not loud enough. In no distant future you will meet the woman God actually desires for you. Also do well to not keep in touch and even intimate with her after now I take heaven beg you, for your own good o. Experience don teach us something. Goodluck! |
