I make use of a laptop. I find it difficult linking css file to an html document. I'm following instructions from a youtube video Both the CSS and HTML are in the same folder. I named the CSS file style.css Know that the #66CCFF below refers to the blue color. I used the ( sign below because the phone I'm typing from doesn't have the actual one. Actually I am planning going Netherlands too based on work or employment visa through someone I met via LinkedIn. The processing is normal for schengen visa, you can Google it. Letter of invitation is paramount.
