I assumed you haven't been ovulating or ovulated the cycle which this test was done due to the level of progesterone which could be caused by the low level of the fsh or inadequacy of the Follicle to be stimulated to release eggs and yielding ovulation. Check the interval level in the result too

Also, on the SFA result, the sperm cells morphology is in good shape averagely, however the motility needs to be improved on, it is below the recommended level of 50% (he got 40%) which could affect egg fertilization.

It is absolutely possible. High prolactin hinders or restrict ovulation, when it is extremely high it could alter menstrual flow...

Theoretically, if you want a female you'd have to have sex before your ovulation and abstain after the egg drops.
So if you don't already know when in your cycle you ovulate, you can start tracking now.

You may already know this...
The egg has the X chromosone.
The sperm has X chromosones and Y chromosones.
When the X sperm fertilizes the egg you get an XX (female) when the Y sperm fertilizes the egg you get an XY (males). X chromosones swim slowly but they live longer inside the uterus. Y chromosones swim very fast but they don't live long in the uterus.
The egg, after its released, lives for some days in the uterus and if not fertilized breaks and sheds itself as menstrual flow.

I think it is the thickened lining of the uterus waiting for conception that shed as menses each month cycle. The unfertilzed egg get absorb one way or the other. Some women see their menses without ovulation or egg being released each month, what can you say about that..?

Good result bro. The motility is okay and Beyond average of 50% standard likewise the count.
However, the result isn't showing the morphology of the cells ( like shapes, in percentage just like motility)

A week is just too short to observe a noticeable change madam. You need weeks to months. Meanwhile, carbergoline works better and faster but more expensive than Bromocriptine.

Just relax, don't rush and be hopeful for good news. GL

Nothing is impossible. Miracles happens. It could depend on the level of prolactin when you started taking it. Though the chances could be slimmer ( if within a month) , instead,take a chill pill, relax and hope for a positive result. I wish you well.

You need to work up the motility ratio, at least 50% fast progressive is the ideal or standard., I guess the staph is making the motile rate to decline likewise altering the morphology. Hence, treat the staph ASAP, and then get some booster. No worries.

I don't think you need to worry too much about that. I guess you aren't bleeding as a result of that? I hope those medications were based on prescription. Over time, cyst goes away on their own except those abnormal ones. You might need to stop triggering ovulation, and deal with the actual cause of anovulation., probably you have hormonal disorderliness. The follicles are failing to rupture at when due. Btw, I got no concrete info about the efficacy of those drugs you mentioned above in relation to the cyst.

For the first time I’m trying to track my ovulation with the predicte ovulation kit and the first thing I’ll say is that thing is expensive I bought a pack of 5 strips for 2900 Naira, even pregnancy strips aren’t that expensive (except clear blue). I started testing on day 10 like 4 days ago and I just see one faint line on the strip, no second line. My cycle is pretty regular but last month I had an unusual 35 day stint that made me miscalculate my ovulation.
I just want to know if that’s how predicte is , just one line no second line . Thank you very much in advance .

The second line must show to confirm the onset of ovulation and later must be thicker or clearer than the first line to show or assume ovulation has taken place.

You could be testing too early, you have to manage the Opk tho or buy more. Test from day 12 or 13 up to 17 so as to cover wider range.

All about commitment and the zeal. Without that, it would be like a rocket science.
You can start with Excel ( to advanced level) = Powerbi (including Dax) or Tableau = Master SQL = then practice practice , till you master the logic. Ask Mr Google questions and use YouTube a lot Within 3months you must have gone far.

Good luck on your journey. Don't give up when you are feeling tired or loosing morale.

Why not try to track your ovulation using Opk, some women do ovulate during their periods., your could be immediately after period... very possible. With tracking of ovulation period,you would be able to streamline the possible cause. And if no ovulation, do pelvic scan. Above all, always work with an experienced and competent gyn. I will advice you to do hsg first and pelvic scan. You could be having stenosed cervix. Try see your gyn for thorough examination.

I guess the chances only reduced by 25% or so due to the fact that majority of ectopic preg leads to the loss of one of the tubes. You can always get pregnant with the other tube, your gyn should work on how to stimulate the other tube for optimum result. Try to do hsg to rule out any future occurrence of such situation. Blocked or partially blocked tubes is likely to cause ectopic preg. I wish you well madam.

They are all in the excel 2016, you can download the excel power query add-in if you use lower version.

For the data analysis aspect, Be grounded in EXCEL, PowerBI or TABLEAU, MYSQL.

If you are willing to go further, learn python ( the libraries for data science) plus some other areas.

Locate a good standard lab, with a good reputation. Most time HSG is done on day 10 of your cycle, just after you end your period. You will need to go to the Lab and book for it once you see your period for that cycle. I think it is not advisable to nakk before the hsg is done. Kindly talk to the Lab and they will give you more of what you need.

I'm not a doc or gyn. I can advice you to consult a gyn to work on you for a period of time and see how it goes.
I don't preach self medication., because it could create new issue.
Do you ovulate?
Do you have a regular period?
I guess you have few things to be worried about.
