i don't, doubt people can achieve 2000% returns a year. but that is not realistic target, the aim of every trader is to be consistently profitable, year in year out, with minimum drawdowns and minimum risk. this is what trading is about. if anyone chooses to gamble with his funds, it does not consign me. I have seen people loss $2000 in 5 mins trading news

unrealistic profit expectations are ones of the reasons most traders fail, this somehow related to poor funding,50% profit from a $2000 account a year is just $1000 most will view this as small, a 50% profit from a $20000 account is $10000(with same efforts, time and energy). my take is, if you can grow you account only by50% over a period of 4 years, you can call yourself a very successful trader. maximum drawdown should not be more than 10% and risk exposure less than 2.5%.with that statistics a lot of people will trust their funds in your care

tried checking the profile this evening , noticed it required pin. I saw it coming, the forex market can humble people. people make money from forex but not the route he was following. personally I have never heard of any professional trader not using stop loss and entering more than 10 trades at a time. its amount to a suicide mission.taking a loss is part of trading every trader should accept, it all depends on you risk reward ratio.

From what you just said here, I can boldly say your friend never sought mentorship. He sees forex as bet naija.
He didn't manage risk, he was predicting the market which is totally wrong. A good trader knows better to react to the market.

The issues hindering the nigerian youths from tapping from this largest market is because they prefer to jump straight into charts instead of seeking proper knowledge first which leads to blowing of account and this has affected many of them thereby calling forex a scam. My friend was busy using stop losses. That's how he cut all his money until his entire account became empty. $4600 that he made for nearly a year and eight months. He borrowed money to save the account but that didn't even help matters. The guy almost died of hypertension. Now if you tell him about Forex, the way he will attack you eh. He has learnt his lesson. Forex is one of the biggest scams of the millennium.

If u reduce the outlet size, the machine will consume more fuel to transport less water. Efficiency will greatly drop. Water move more freely in bigger pipes because friction is less. The bigger the pipe, the better. Just that it becomes more costly. Refineries transport fuel in big pipes for a good reason.
