emmyid:Not exactly. The sin is only stuck on you if you do not confess and repent. As long as you recognize your fault and ask God for forgiveness, he will forgive you. |
Samleen:You are getting it wrong. It seems you don't know much about Economics. The printing of higher currency denominations did not cause devaluation of the Naira but it's a response by the CBN after the Naira lost value and it helped them to save money on printing the Naira. It would have been more costly to print N100 notes than the N1000 notes. If the govt stopped printing higher denominations, it won't improve the value of the Naira to make 1NGN equal 1 USD. Also, re-introducing lower currency notes and coins won't make sense since the government would spend more money doing so on notes that are would rarely be used in a nation with a weak currency. A fast way to make N1 equal 1 USD is to re-denominate it and that simply means by changing the value of say N1000 to equal N10 or something like that. New notes may have to be printed and they would have more value than the old notes. Soludo suggested something like that but many low IQ Nigerians didn't understand it. After the re-denomination has been done, then it would make sense to reintroduce lower currencies just because they would have more use then and have more value. |
hmmn. |
Yes, i's true. If you paid using KongaPay, you'll get a discount with them. I renewed my subscription for N13900 and only paid N13281. Just visit the Multichoice platform on Konga to get your discount. |
You can actually do this electronically by making use of a digital PH meter. Lots of them are sold on Konga, Jumia, Aliexpress and Amazon. No need to use any chemicals. |
Hmmn. I guess it's obvious. Even Nigerians know that Igbos are really smart and Yorubas seem them as a competition. |
have you tried the baking soda or carrot juice treatment? There are many alternative treatment claims for prostate cancer. You can try it for 3 weeks first and do a test to see if it's improving. |
The bible doesn't condemn the building of statues or images that glorify God. God told Moses to build an image of a snake to heal Israelites bitten by snakes and he also told him to build images representing the cherubim angels and this was part of the ark of the old covenant. People build statues to remind themselves of people or events they had an experience with and that's because those images help the mind to remember or just gives them inspiration. Idolatery is when you worship those statues as your own god. There is nothing wrong with using images or statues to help people remember or stay inspired. We see images in our daily life such as on the tv, newspapers, internet and so on. |
I guess they are either tired of making peanuts from it or banned by Google. It depends on what works best for you. Some bloggers still make good money with Adsense while many are still struggling just to get accepted. However, Google adsense remains one of the easiest way to monetize a website. |
AGEA now accepts Naira Cards. I recently funded my account with my First bank issued Naira Mastercard and it worked. The exchange rate used was about N222 per USD 1 |
Bollinger:Did you do a research? You can actually build good roads with cement. |
Mprepz:I think roads built with concrete are more expensive than ones built with asphalt. |
NEROSKY:Amazon is only shipping some items to Nigeria but there are still a majority of things they don't deliver. For that, you'd need a US shipping agent. |
There are still a lot of things that Amazon USA does not offer direct international delivery to Nigerians just yet. Amazon doesn't ship Mobile phones, laptops, electronics, clothes, shoes and some other items directly to Nigeria. You can buy those things that Amazon will deliver to Nigeria yourself without the need for a US shipping agent but for many other things, you'd need to have a US shipping agent or package forwarding company. The US agent will give you a US shipping address which you can use when placing an order on Amazon for items they only deliver to US addresses. They would receive the items for you and then send it to you in Nigeria using DHL, Fedex or UPS. What you basically need to buy anything you want on Amazon as long as it's allowed by the Nigerian Custom Service is a Visa/Mastercard and a US shipping address |
Well, I rest my case. |
wakacome:Have you bought any physical items on Amazon without using the correct billing address and phone number? |
basadenet:You are right and that's for local online payments powered by interswitch |
Cards are normally declined on Amazon when one uses a wrong billing address that is not linked to the card. |
Using a wrong billing address can result in a failed payment when shopping on Amazon. See some info here: https://payments.amazon.com/help/79684 |
wakacome:How many times have you placed an order at Amazon? |
If you understand how Amazon works, you'll know they don't charge cards immediately even though they've i initially accepted the order. It would take about 10 mins before they confirm the payment. |
wakacome:Amazon may initially accept the order but by the time they try to confirm the details at your bank and the bank notices the wrong details, they would cancel the transaction. I've had that experience at times. Amazon doesn't charge cards immediately until the bank approves the transaction. Unless you know the card owner personally, you can't use his card. |
wakacome:You can't shop on Amazon with a card without providing the correct billing address linked to the card. This is not normally printed on the card. |
The only way I know how real hackers can make online payment with a Nigerian bank issued card is by using the person's personal details along with the card details. For local online payments like on Quicktelker Jumia or Konga, they just need a token. I wonder if you guys really know how online payments really work or have had any real personal experience at shopping online. |
agitator:I'm not talking about delivery address but I'm talking about billing address. You can't make a successful foreign website payment without using the correct billing address linked to the card. |
iyonortw:You can't buy things on Quickteller without an OTP. You can't do internet banking without a token. You can't shop on Amazon or Aliexpress without providing the correct billing address and phone number. |
Nigerian banks are not that stupid to allow ATM cards to have weak security by displaying all the information on a piece of plastic. If you even do succeed in getting the person's other details such as address and phone number, you can still be caught. |
If you provide a wrong address or phone number when shopping on foreign websites, the ATM card would not be accepted. |
Just the Card number, PIN and expiry date? Those are not the only things you need to make payments online. You also need an OTP which will be sent to the person's phone when shopping on local Nigerian websites or at least the person's other personal details like home address and phone number before shopping on foreign websites. So, you can't just remove funds from a Nigerian ATM card you picked up on the road. You also need a token or their personal details to shop online and for ATMs, you also need the 4 DIGIT pin. |
It's easy to install. Just ensure you have at least 3GB of internet data and then go to Microsoft's official download page. It may be better to just download the file into a flash drive and then do the installation offline for multiple computers. One just needs to first download the media creation tool before the main software. |
Where did this happen? This doesn't look like Ghana but the USA. There is even no guarantee that the video is current or that it was a Ghanaian who was involved. |
@powerfuljc, you can sell it for N215 or higher at the black market in Lagos. |
?
....pls do it.....am waiting....;Di only need the card details,I don't need ur personal details...
