This is vivo y12. The phone has been working but just 3days ago, it just display emergency only. Even when sim was inserted. It brings 4G. Everything works fine.

The issue

The screen is not responsive. Not blank, not dark. It displays perfectly. But enter pin to unlock, screen unresponsive.. Nothing you cam do on the screen, it ddoesnt respond.

Fast reboot.

Was rebooted into recovery and to even select the option, no response by touch on screen or using volume key to scroll down, power button to confirm

Pls urgent solution.
