Remembering girls way back in the university days who will sleep with guys who has laptops then, when laptops were very rare. Nothing last for too long. It is silly running after material things. Life itself is vanity. Years ago, BBM was a status. Today is means nothing. Don't be too desperate for material things that you can live without. |
This is not UNILAG's certificate. It is LASU's. OP should edit the topic. |
This is why I do not believe in government jobs in Nigeria. Reminds me of a similar case where appointment letters were shared immediately after writing test for a government job years ago to a selected few. |
bukkyemotions, pls send me a pm. We gotta talk |
gloria34:Your mum is going to put you into permanent trouble if you don't follow your heart. Your mum has lived the better part of her life. You better follow your heart so you can live yours in happiness. Your mum will must probably die before u and if she has succeeded in misleading u, you alone will be left to bear the consequences. Age in marriage has nothing to do with happiness. Follow your heart and marry the man you love. The only important thing in life is happiness. Marital partner has lots to do with one's happiness. Unless you intend to divorce sometimes later, follow your heart. Use your head. Disobey even your parents if they come up with petty reasons you can't marry someone you love. |
If you get a loan from bank and you default on payment, they will threaten to seize collateral. So, upon all those useless charges they deduct from our accounts, they also default too? No mercy for banks |
I disagree that tithes are curses. There's no where that Jesus said you should not give tithe. God categorically instituted tithes so that there will be food for the poor. Tithe is like social security. It is just that several so called men of God today collect tithe and use it for other things except for the welfare it is meant for. That was why I stated that those who collect tithe and use it to fund their luxurious life or to buy buses or for TV advertisement or for any other things except from provision of food are thieves. Nowhere did God or Jesus however said tithe is bad. What Jesus meant by leaving other important matters is by thinking simply because you pay tithe, you will make heaven. Quote where Jesus condemn tithe or God said you shouldn't pay it. Don't be deceived. Tithe is important but tithe payment doesn't guarantee everlasting life. greatCharley: |
I went through the bible and I saw that God indeed want us to pay tithe strictly for the welfare of the less privileged. This means your tithe is not to end up with buying buses for church, building a bigger church or financing your pastors foreign trips. It is not meant for your church, not meant for your pastors, not meant for your General Overseer. Tithe is meant strictly to buy lots of food and then share amongst the poor so that people cannot be hungry. If therefore your church collect tithe and those not give food to the poor constantly and continuously, stop giving tithes to your church immediately. Use your tithe to buy food and personally share to the poor or buy food and take it to the church. After service give it to those who need it. It is important to note too that the sharing is for every human being, Christians and non Christians. While it is silly not to give tithe, it is more silly to give it to god of men (not men of God) who use it for other purposes. With tithes, people who have little or not should be visiting churches and having enough by the time they leave. Question how your tithes are spent. All churches who are aggressive when requesting for tithe but do not ever constantly provide to the poor are thieves. Tithe is solely for the welfare of the people. |
adem30:Jonathan didn't sack Sanusi. He knew he didn't have the constitutional powers. He suspended him. Sanusi then challenged his suspension in court. |
Men must learn to respect "no" from women. If she says no, she's not into you. Forget her. A responsible man must learn to stop disturbing ladies unnecessarily. If she's pretending however, it is her lose. Not yours. Women who prove difficult to get are the immature types. If you don't want a guy, tell him and stand by your word. If you want a guy, no need for silly pretense. This is 2018, not 1958! |
adem30:Who is the minister of finance? Who is NDIC chairman? Only the CBN governor is from the south and the reason is because the president lacks the constitutional powers to sack him. |
CROWNWEALTH019:Oh. Because he is talking trash,he has suddenly become a Yoruba man. IGBOkwe is indeed Yoruba name. Just like Kemi Adeosun is an Igbo woman. Yeye dey smell |
While OBJ was President, can you pls tell the world the region the following head of security came from: EFCC Chairman NSDC Comptroller General Immigration Comptroller General Custom Comptroller General National Security Adviser Were these all from the same region during Obasanjo's time? Why are they all from same region today Let's talk about education: Did the following came from the same region during OBJ? Why are they from same region today? Minister of education. Executive Secretary NBTE Executive Secretary NUC President Buhari is raised nepotism to the highest height so far. |
When we said bye bye to dictatorship and embraced democracy the other day, I didn't know that dictatorship will continue even in democracy. Tinubu has single handedly been the one determining the governor of Lagos and the senators representing the state since he left office. The people of Lagos had no say. Who knew Ambode before he was ordained as governor? Tinubu will also produce the next governor. I thought in democracy, the real power belong to the people, but no. Real powers in Nigeria belong to a few individual. They determine governors and even president. The gullible are made to believe their PVCs are important and powerful. Is it so? I don't think so. These few individuals still continue to control who gets into public office and who does not. Yet, we are in democracy |
You also didn't mention the fact that he doesn't pay any tax to nobody. |
By now, I suppose everyone on this thread knows about the vacancy in UNILORIN |
edoman2016:You are a learner. It is open secret that AIT and Raypower staff members are always owed months of salaries.I have known this for over a year now. I think some former staff members were even complaining about it on an old thread here. |
When election is at hand, they always engage the masses. The same for Ekiti which is to employ 2,000 people just months to leaving office. This is in spite of the fact that the state is heavily owing. Like APC, like PDP. |
"I got pregnant for him when he was in the pastoral school. He convinced me to abort it since he was in school and he’s not expected to make a lady he’s not married to pregnant. According to him, he might be sacked from the school and be stripped of the opportunity to become a pastor if the school get a hint of it." The above alone is enough to know the kind of person he is. |
Well, let's hope he won't send bulldozers to the praying ground anytime soon. |
This news is well over a year ago. It is always advisable to include the source of your post when it is not written by you. The source is: https://www.herald.ng/yoruba-becomes-second-official-language-benin/ |
When someone is power drunk, anything can anger him to do the unthinkable |
Well then, I wish you a happy married life in advance to your worst enemy with whom you both will never fall in love. |
So basically, Mr Clark was of the opinion that Bukola Saraki should have supported her sister to be governor after he spent 8 years in the same office and she was also a senator so that Kwara state should directly become their family estate. No pa Edwin Clark. Saraki did well by standing against his dad. The family cannot continue to run kwara as their estate. |
It is not news that Soyinka and Obasanjo are sworn enemies with Soyinka often accusing Obasanjo of several things while Obasanjo hardly reply. It is also no news that both old men lack integrity. Soyinka boosted he was going to tear his green card if Donald Trump win in the US but he couldn't when he won. Soyinka asked Nigerians to support Buhari against Jonathan but is Buhari any better? In Obasanjo's case, his lust for third term is one of his handiworks. That he has continued to deny it even though those in his cabinet confirmed it is even hilarious. |

What of the nepostic recruitment by the DSS whereby DSS employed more from Katsina than from the six states of South South or the five states of the South East? NB: The sacked Daura is from the same town with Muhammadu Clueless Buhari under whose administration Nigeria has gone under. |
The other time, a party picked M. Buhari whose SSCE certificate is highly disputed. We all know how he fared. Another party is picking Adeleke the Dancer who had nothing upstairs. His SSCE( at least the one he is claiming he has) shows he has F9 in the only subject that was released while others are still pending. If he is ever elected, don't complain he is not performing. Gov. Aregbesola is bad. Adeleke will be worst. |
This single act of closing the broadcasting station has far affected Fayose more than the election he lost. The station was his mouthpiece, his toy and his propaganda machine. |
