How can Diamond bank claim they did not disengage staffs. When i have proof with me.
I received the termination email on my way to work on friday 27th May.

They promised to pay us benefit in 3 weeks, but instead they threw my account in debit of
over N800k. They deducted all the money in my account.

What a way to repay my faithful service after 3 years.

ARE YOU CREATING WEALTH EVERYDAY OR RUNNING THE RAT RACE?

As you read this you’ll start to learn something new about creating wealth, in a very non-conventional way.
I don't know if you currently have a job or you are self employed. Either way, you’re likely making an active income at this stage. In other words, you make money whenever you contribute your time in exchange.

Don’t get me wrong - there’s nothing wrong with that; MOST PEOPLE in this world do that. But this is surely NOT the way to create wealth and freedom in your life.

In fact, you’re actually getting paid LESS than what you are TRULY worth.

In my opinion, a salary is just a system where your boss gets to buy your skill and time in advance, at a cheap rate.

To a certain degree, your boss is running a network business of his own but you're just not getting a piece of it. He is at the top of the pyramid while you are at the bottom - and there is no guarantee that you will make it to the top in the next 20 years (cos he owns the business). Do you see what I mean?

That’s how the system works to THEIR advantage to create wealth.

Do you seriously believe that your 8 hours a day, 5 days a week of TIME AND EFFORT could not produce more money than your current salary? In my opinion, you can surely make more.

But it’s okay if what I just said did not sink into your head. Because not everyone can think in that manner and most are just happy sitting in their “comfort zone”. I understand that. And I respect that decision.

However, if somewhere in your heart and mind is telling you that you DO deserve more, please read on. Because you’ll find out what’s “missing” for you.

THE 3 TYPES OF INCOME THAT CREATE WEALTH AND FREEDOM

The “usual” type of income that most people have is an active income - that can help you to pay for your monthly bills, afford your means and hopefully, give you some extra to spend on leisure.

But if you truly desire to create wealth, you need to start building 3 of the income streams below, as quickly as today…

1. Passive Income: Basically, a passive income is where you’re making money even when you’re not doing anything. The most common quote for it is, “making money while you sleep”. Like your boss, he’s making passive income while you are working from 9 to 5 for him.

2. Leverage Income.: I can confidently tell you that ALL wealthy people in this world use leverage to build wealth. In a simple term, leverage means – small effort but huge return.

2. Massive Income. The third income type that will help you to achieve financial freedom is by building an income that can generate massive income.

You see, many businesses in this world can help you to build a passive income and a leverage income, but not all of them have the luxury of creating a massive income for you.

For example

Assuming you open up a restaurant and it’s doing well. It makes a passive income for you because even if you’re not in there physically, your staff are making money for you.

And it’s a leverage income because your work is very minimal (you are riding on the wings and effort of your staff).

But it can never give you massive income because your income is restricted to the amount of tables you have and the manpower you employ. Worse still, it can be costly for you to set it up.

If none of your daily activities are contributing to either building a passive income, a leverage income or a massive income, then you should start evaluating what you’re doing every day when it comes to ensuring your financial future.

So how does an ordinary person still have the unfair advantage of building these 3 types of income streams without much funds and experience to start with?

Business / Make Money Online - My Work At Home Business [Affiliate Marketing] by Femiyanda(m): 7:33pm On Jul 19, 2016
Hello friends,

My name is Femi Iyanda, I am an Internet Entrepreneur and Affiliate Marketer. Basically, I work from home, networking with hundreds of clients and affiliates all around the world from my laptop and/or internet enabled device.

I ventured into the Online Business World because it was the only business model that I could run outside my 9-5 Banking Job. If you've ever worked in a bank in Nigeria, you can tell how demanding and time consuming it is. By starting an online business, I was able to generate passive income on autopilot while in the office or asleep (YES! And I will show you how to automate your online business in the course of this series).

After 3 years of corporate slavery in the banking sector, I finally broke free this year 2016 and I started my own Home Based Internet Business in AFFILIATE MARKETING ( I will tell you what this means later on)

Working from home and making money online is by far the best thing that has happened to me this year. I decide when to wake up and when to sleep, I choose where to go and when to go, I determine how much I earn and the frequency of payment. I am in total control of my TIME and INCOME.

THIS IS THE FREEDOM AND THE KIND OF LIFE I'VE ALWAYS WANTED!!!

DISCLAIMER: I do not consider myself a guru or an Internet Millionaire yet (no need to lie here like some so called "DAWGS" do) - in fact I am far from the million mark. However I have made a few bucks (I mean dollars), paid into my local account and withdrawn in Naira. And I am not the only one who does, there are lots of Nigerians making money online and smiling to the ATM even when many others are dead broke and frowning at the government and economy.

In my little time around this business, I have seen the INTERNET create more young millionaires in record time than any other industry in the world. The Internet is a goldmine that most Nigerians are yet to discover and explore to their advantage.

We only play around it through our smartphones, but only a few treasure it as a resource for WEALTH CREATION. I am sad cry I discovered this Island of wealth a bit late.

I want to encourage you to change your negative perception about Online Business and start focusing on the numerous money making opportunities available on the INTERNET. Not all online businesses are SCAM - there are LEGITIMATE ones (like the ones I do). And the beautiful thing about them is...

1. They do not require HUGE capital to start
2. They can be fully AUTOMATED (once you setup the business, it can run by itself for years to come)
3. Because it is internet driven, your reach extends far beyond your geographical boundaries
4. And because of (3 above), your business is not affected by the prevailing local economic crises
5. The effort required is far less and it still earns you more money than your 9-5 monthly salary job

In subsequent posts, I will delve more into my chosen online business model - what it is, how it works, how you can build your own online empire around your passion and interest, how you can monetize it and how you can build a large network of partners that you can leverage for years to come.

Until I come your way again, I remain your new friend...

WHY MEN LOSE INTEREST AND DON'T WANT TO COMMIT

I have to ask: Have you ever dated a man who
suddenly lost interest or simply would not commit
for some reason?

Perhaps you are already with someone who is a
commitment-phobe.

=====

First, before reading on, if you haven't watched this
video yet, make sure you watch it right away:

==> http://www.findingyourman.com/go/languageofdesire

It's a really accurate and eye-opening short video
that shows you why men lose interest in women they
once loved and how to make him LOVE you forever.

Don't miss it.

Now back to today's tip...

"Why men lose interest and why they don't want to commit"

Let's say a man takes you out on several dates and then
suddenly loses interest and drops you.

Or perhaps you have been married to a man for years,
and then suddenly he just loses interest in you.

It appears he has suddenly become cold and distant.

Why do you think this happens?

You are left wondering what went wrong in the
relationship, and a million thoughts go through
your mind.

Some women just conclude that the guy is a "jerk" and
they deserve better, but in truth, there could be a
lot of other reasons for the relationship ending
abruptly.

**Lack of Warmth**

Sometimes, a man feels he is playing an insignificant
role in the relationship if a woman is not warm and
loving.

Some women hold back their affection due to fear of
being hurt or bitterness over failed relationships.

Gauge your behavior to see if you are truly showing
warm and caring behavior toward a man.

If you are bossy, sarcastic or treat a man like he
is a little boy, he is likely to rethink committing
to a long-term relationship.

Men may not be as emotionally open or warm as a woman,
but they do like a woman to be warm and loving.

**Clingy Women**

Men will tell you flat-out that they don't like
clingy and needy women.

Men understand that women NEED some attention, and many
are up for giving attention, but CONSTANT attention will
push men away.

They will lose interest in a hurry and not even consider
committing long-term.

Men want to feel needed and like to provide for women,
but they don't want to be your sole basis for fulfillment.

If you are seeking a man to fulfill all of your needs and
you base your identity on your man, you are setting
yourself up for failure and likely pushing away your man.

Have some interests outside of your man. Men cannot meet
all of your emotional, physical, spiritual and financial
needs.

That's not their job - it's yours.

You can need certain things from a man, such as love,
support, warmth, affection, help, etc. But if you are
continually needing him for every little thing, you will
suck his energy quickly and he will not want to commit
for long.

**Are you too predictable?**

Moreover, men don't like their women to be too
predictable.

If the man in your life is able to predict your every
action and words, there's not much interesting, exciting
or mystery in the relationship, causing the man to
become bored.

You may need to spice things up a bit and make the
relationship interesting and unpredictable by teasing,
joking, flirting and doing spontaneous, fun things.

Men are generally looking for adventure, humor and
purposeful activities.

If it is just the same thing day after day, relationships
can become boring and a man will lose interest.

**Men like downtime**

Men will admit that they like their downtime.

They work all day and simply want to come home and relax
for a little bit.

They have a need to wind down after work and often do so
by watching television, surfing the Internet or tinkering
around the garage or yard.

If you are the kind of woman who charges a man as soon
as he gets in the door or starts texting him right after
work CONTINUALLY, your man may begin to lose interest
and won't want to commit to a long-term relationship.

Women are more communicative, which is great, but a man
needs a little time after work to just "chill."

Let your man have a certain amount of time to take a
deep breath, relax into something that he finds
relaxing and rejuvenate.

You might think his watching television for 30 minutes
is being lazy after work when, in reality, it is simply
a way he can wind down from a long day and get geared
up for evening activities.

Let him have his time, and then approach him happy and
ready for a great evening of communication.

**Attitude**

Some men lose interest and won't commit if the woman is
too competitive or overbearing.

If you find yourself struggling with these tendencies,
do your best to hold back displaying them.

Men like to feel like they are strong and successful.

If you are continually competing with your man when it
comes to achievements or finances, it may push him away
and he may lose interest over time.

Relationships do not have to be competitive; you are on
the same team.

If you come across a man who does not seem to be able to
commit or loses interest for no apparent reason, you can
simply sit down and ask him what is going on.

Ask him why he does not seem interested or stopped
communicating with you.

If it is something on your part, you can at least know and
begin to change your attitude or behavior, if necessary.

If it was something on his part, you can let it go,
knowing that he still has some issues to work out before
he can commit to a relationship.

It's not always you or something you did.

Men can have issues that they are not aware of or are
still working on before they feel they can commit to a
long-term relationship.

well, I hope you found great value in today's tip.

Make sure you also watch the video below as soon as
possible:

==> http://www.findingyourman.com/go/languageofdesire

I'm not sure how long this will be online, and it's a must-watch
short video that shows why men pull away and how
to be the woman that he'll fall in love with forever.

Bye for now!

How to Attract a Great Man

There are some great guys out there, and I know you'd
love to know how you can meet up with one.

Today, I'd like to share with you ideas on
how you can attract a great man with minimal effort.

There really are men who know how to treat a woman; they
open doors for her, listen intently to her and have
manners and class.

To add to this, there are men who are successful,
handsome and charming.

Actually, you might give your left arm to attract such
a man, so your first question is:

How do I do this?

** First Impressions **

First impressions do count, so make a good impression
during the first few dates.

Dress in such a way as to accentuate your femininity. Be
sure to wear a fragrance that is appealing, but don't send
him running with a terribly strong stench.

Wear your hair in such a way that you look and feel
beautiful. You are trying to make an exceptional first
impression.

Get the guys looking your way. Don't be afraid to show off
what you've got and carry a sense of confidence.

First impressions aren't everything, but they do help get
the ball rolling in many cases.

** Be Yourself **

Make every effort to be yourself. Don't try to put on an
artificial behavior just to get his attention.

Love yourself enough to be comfortable being you. If you
try to be someone you are not, you are not being fair to
you or the man.

Be confident in who you are.

A man wants a woman who is not afraid to be herself
because if a woman is always looking at a man to define
her, she will be needy and clingy, which will normally
push a man away.

** Reel Him in With Some Creativity **

Do something that will keep you in a man's memory
throughout the day, even when he is not with you.

When you meet, make him feel like the most important
person in the world. Be genuinely excited about his
presence and delight in what he talks about.

Many women are too busy talking and neglect to let a man
speak. Slow down, and allow two-way communication to
occur.

Wear an outfit that shows off your curves, no matter
what your body type. Men love a confident woman who can
pull off sexy attire.

Also, wear a sexy fragrance that he is not able to forget.
Flirt with him and get close to him throughout your date.

Let him know that you are desirable and interested in him.
Be original and unique.

A great man will be able to appreciate your creativity and
will be more apt to think about you after the date.

** Air of Mystery **

Try to leave a man guessing about some aspects of your
personality. You don't need to be an open book.

Don't tell him your life story on the first few dates and
for goodness sake, don't tell him all of your problems
and how all of your other relationships were so awful.

Leave a bit about you a mystery. Men can be greatly
attracted to a woman who is mysterious and keeps them
guessing.

Make him feel he is dating someone special and that
you are unique.

You need to be honest with him, but certain revelations
can wait until you know him better.

** Let Him Be Himself **

You can attract a great man by not attempting to change
him. Leave him as he is, and accept him the way he is.

He will become all the more enamored with such a woman
because men have usually been with women who try to
change them, which is a big turn-off.

Get to know his social circle, and be open to getting to
know his friends. Let him know that you are in favor of
him having friends and having a social life outside of
your relationship.

Men don't want to have to choose one or the other, but
they want to be free to have friends AND a girlfriend.

** Believe the Best **

There are great men out there. Try not to prejudge the
men that you meet based on the past.

Give every man a fresh, clean slate and believe the best
about him. Remember to be yourself and allow a man to
be himself.

From there, you will be able to determine if you are a
fit.

Hello guys,

I've recently uploaded some piano video lessons from "The Musician Transformation Collection" by Jermaine Griggs; a 5-part course that i have spread over five weeks. Its a course that will give you a solid foundation in the world of Playing Music by Ear (I mean your ability to recognize and play anything you can hear),that's what Jermaine specializes in. And that's what I teach my students as well.

Part 1: Fundamental Factory is where you learn the basics of the piano. It would take you through everything you need to know to become an all round gospel musician.

Part 2: Chord County is where you learn the principles and techniques behind all the chords used in gospel music today.

Part 3: Pattern Paradise teaches you various chord progressions and movements that you can apply to countless gospel songs out there.

Part 4: Song Station will teach you how to transform a basic song to a more contemporary gospel style applying the chords and patterns learned earlier.

Part 5: Ear Elevator will bring everything together and show you how to use your ear to determine a never heard before song and add your own signature to it.

It's very simple, just head to my website and sign up for FREE by entering your name and email, Then I can drop the first part of the course in your mail box. I promise to keep your email confidential, and you won't be spammed. I just wana help my fellow musicians that's all!

Music/Radio / Re: A Thread For Keyboardists by Femiyanda(m): 5:58pm On Sep 20, 2014
goddysweb: If you listen to music, you’ve definitely heard a
“2-5-1″ progression. They are found in just about
any type of music — regardless of style, genre, or
rhythmical pattern. It is commonly the series of
chords that end a song or phrase. However, it can
be used in several situations (I can only go over a
few in this lesson but encourage you to check out
my course for further instruction).

In this chord progression, the 2 chord (you’ll learn
what this is later on in this lesson) leads to the 5
chord which in turns, produces a strong pull
towards the ending chord (which is usually the
1st major chord of the scale).

First, let me start by showing you what chords
correspond to each tone of a major scale:

1 tone – Major
2 tone – Minor
3 tone – Minor
4 tone – Major
5 tone – Major (dominant)
6 tone – Minor
7 tone – Half Diminished

To understand the chart above, you must
understand that each tone of a major scale has a
chord which goes along with it. For example, the
following is a

C major scale:
(C — D — E — F — G — A — B — C)

Each tone above has a matching chord. Simply
add the endings of the chart above to the scale
as shown below:

>C MAJORD MINORE MINORF MAJORG MAJOR /
DOMA MINORB HALF-DIMINISHED<

To further understand progressions, lets number
each chord:

1 = C major
2 = D minor
3 = E minor
4 = F major
5 = G dominant
6 = A minor
7 = B half – diminished
8 = C major

Now, to create a “2-5-1″ chord progression (or
any numbered chord progression), simply take the
2, 5, and 1 chord out of the entire series of
chords above. That is, we would not use the 3,4,
6, or 7 chord.

The 2 chord is D minor; the 5 chord is G
dominant; and the 1 chord is C major.

This right here is the most basic “2-5-1″ chord
progression you’ll ever see:

Dmin — Gdom — Cmaj
min = minor
dom = dominant
maj = major

REFERENCE 1A:
D minor chord = (D) + (F) + (A)
G dominant chord = (G) + (B) + (D) + (F)
C major chord = (C) + (E) + (G)
Example: To play a Dminor chord simply play all
three of the notes shown above at the same time
(D+F+A)

Moving on…

Now that we have covered some theory (I’m glad
that’s out of the way), let me just show you a
few chords that I love to play. I will try not to be
as theoretic … I will simply give you the chord
changes and you’ll have to apply them to your
understanding of chords and alterations. All of
these progression will be shown in the key of C
major…

1) “Churchy 2-5-1 Chord Progression”

Style #1
D7 (b9) — G13 —- Cmaj
(pronounced “D seven, flat nine —– G thirteenth — C major”) D7 (b9) =
Bass * Play “D” ——— F# + A + C + D#
G13 = Bass * Play “G” ———- F + A + C + E
Cmaj = Bass * Play “C” ———– E + G + C (1st
inversion)

Example: For D7 (b9), we would play F# + A + C
+ D# with “D” on the bass (left hand).
Inversion just refers to the way the chord is
played. Since “C” is the highest note, it is said to
be played in its “first inversion”
Note: I love playing this chord progression in
gospel music. You try playing it and let me know
what you come up with!

2) “Churchy 2-5-1 Chord Progression” Style #2
For this progression, every chord will be the same
except for the D7 (b9). We will simply play a
regular D9 chord.
D9 = F# + A + C + “E” (not D#)

Notice: The only difference in a D9 and a D7 (b9)
is the difference in the “ninth” tone. Since we are
not flatting the 9th tone, we use “E” instead of
“D#.”

D9 = Bass * Play “D” ——— F# + A + C + E
G13 = Bass * Play “G” ———- F + A + C + E
Cmaj = Bass * Play “C” ———– E + G + C

3). “Contemporary 2-5-1 Chord Progression”
Style #1
For this progression, we are going to use:

Nice and rich stuff there bro, thumbs up! I play the keys also, basically by ear anyway. I've worked on resources by Jamal hartwell, Jermaine Griggs, Jonathan Powell, Mike Bereal, Jason White, etc. I like to meet with musicians like you. Also, I wont mind sharing some of my stuffs with you. BBpin:79B5D26D
