OcVoice: Yes, he committed suicide by taking poison...and his soul is not resting in peace or has not been resting in peace, not because of the suicide but because he caused many children to suffer and die of hunger by blocking food supplies. That was what hunted him till he killed himself. Starve yourself or fast for few days, so you can imagine what those innocent kids passed through for months...years!
Changing currency thereby disenabling ojukwu to procure arms would have been enough to end the war, but he chose to kill millions of innocent children. Their innocent blood hunted him, and still hunting him. He also advised gowon against the Aburi Accord because gowon and his hausa brothers promised him he would rule but he was deceived. The same way bubu will deceive jagaban.
The worse awolowo did was to give adult biafrans that survived the war, 20 pounds each only, to start afresh... irrespective of the amount they have in their bank account. My late dad was affected by this! For instance if u saved about 50 million naira, they give you about 20k to start afresh! Shut up osu, your people killed prominent Nigeria politicians but in your comments you failed to mention the killings. |

MetaPhysical: Native Administration was the instrument of authority adopted by Colonial Government to govern the regions of Nigeria.
In Western Nigeria Oba is the head of a Native Authority in his direct domain. Its laws were effected through Native and Custom laws.
There was something called Native Court System. This administrative arm was established by Ordinance No 44 of 1933 under Colonial Govt to give Native law jurisdictional power.
The power of the Court extended over civil and criminal cases. Since it needed to enforce law, it needed a policing unit. The unit was called Native Authority Police Force.
Ake, Owu, Gbagura, Oke Ona, Abeokuta...these were towns, in 1939, under the Native Authority of Alake of Egbaland.
The period in contention is 1940.
Would an Iboman, Onyejekwe be recruited by Abeokuta Native Authority which was presided by Alake, to police Egba and Owuland?
This question is the first troubleshooter on the claim that Obasanjo was fathered in 1940 by an Igbo police officer posted to Owuland. Thank you for this. |

Chelseafan99: Shut your mouth please. Show me the one we have..The ones stolen by Boko Haram? Or the ones soldiers abandoned in the field because after firing one round it breaks down. You and other Nigerians living in denial disgust me. We have spent $28 BILLION on defence between 2013 and 2019. We allocate $1 billion for munitions alone every year. We spend more in d defence than all 16 ECOWAS member states combined yet our soldiers are sent to the front without bulletproof vest, nonight fission equipment. The vast majority still use Toyota Hillux van. We cannot defeat Boko Haram 11 years and counting.....we spent $650 million on Tucano aircraft with propeller engines. $650 is the entire defence budget of Cameroon, Chad and Ghana combined yet we are on this mess. Idiots like you cannot think but to insult someone saying the truth. Bleep you all. My days of being a patriot is over. Just shut up you type's with pain you are frustrated just because you hate the present government. |
