SUFFERInSMILIIN: My friend Ghana outperforms Nigeria in all aspects. Not even that 37% of Nigerians leaving the country today are traveling to other African countries. Nigeria has the two worst cities in Africa to live in Abuja and Lagos. Nigeria is no where in infrastructure even the president has been saying it up and down the place. The only think you have in Nigeria are a few people like the Yoruba which are illiterate which just-fool themselves that Nigeria is a giant then the next day they send their children to other universities in Africa and they go to other African countries for operation when they need medical treatment. Also you have the hausa and fulani which are professional illiterate. The only tribe which is reasonable is Nigeria in development might be the igbos but now most of them are investing in other countries OSU himself. |

This is exactly what the South have been drumming into the ears of the yorubas.. But in their self filled ego. They'll will never admit it..
Just like the cases of AFONJA, AWOLOWO, ABIOLA, now Tinubu. History keep on repeating itself.
FACT .. Even if your a Moslem, they the North will NEVER see you as their brother, you'll only be a means to an end and once they are done with you, they will simply kick you out.

Hedonini: As usual, excuses upon excuses. I just tire for you incompetent Nigerians who can't even tie your shoe laces without fumbling the simple task. Everytime Boko Haram routs these fools even in their own bases they would claim that it's because they don't have enough weapons. Yet the majority of weapons in Boko Haram's possession was obtained directly from the army during such raids, when the cowardly soldiers would scamper and run away like pussies, leaving their cache of weaponry, equipment and military supplies for BH to cart away. You can imagine these fools now looking for excuses. Politics indeed.
Nigeria's armed forces are the most incompetent in the entire world. Imagine using Gambia as a baseless example of strength. Lol.
Cowardice and incompetence are the hallmarks of most of the clueless idiots who are in the armed forces. Most of these people are not qualified to be enlisted in the first place, because recruitment into the military (like every other thing in Nigeria) is marred by nepotism and irresponsibility. Those who really have the natural aptitude and commitment don't get the opportunity to join the military because they don't know any 'big man' to help them cut corners. What we have predominantly are bloody cowards whose only motivation to join the armed forces is to denge pose on Facebook and Nairaland, do shakara for babes, and brutalise innocent and unarmed civilians in peaceful areas. These are the kinds of idiots you are comparing to the battle hardened warriors of Chad. Nonsense. Where is your sense. |

Biafrannuke: we know but we now want to know the Yoruba name of the place called Lagos. Lagos is not OSU land. |
Politics › Re: Port-harcourt Is Igweocha! What Is The Yoruba Name Of Lagos? by femolii: 7:31pm On Feb 25, 2020 |
Biafrannuke: It's difficult to swallow that an indigenous people does not have a name for a place belonging to them, except that place does not in fact belong to them.
Portharcourt was so named by luguard in 1912. Before the Christening, the area was called Igweocha by the natives. No wonder till this day some people in Elele will rather say "I am going to Igweocha" than saying "I am going to Port Harcourt"
On the contrast, Yoruba's fiercely lay claim to Lagos. But I do not know or have not heard about its Yoruba name. Maybe there simply isn't . I hope I would be proved wrong. This is because "Lagos" is a name that takes after a port in Portugal and was given by the Portuguese. Eko the only known native name is an Edo name (meaning war camp) given by the Benin kingdom.
I need Yoruba to tell us, What is the Yoruba name of Lagos? Port Harcourt never answering Igweocha as a name. since the creation of ph nothing like igweocha just stop that nonsense you are now trying to claim ph, don't attach Igbo's name to port Harcourt. |
Politics › Re: Port-harcourt Is Igweocha! What Is The Yoruba Name Of Lagos? by femolii: 7:11pm On Feb 25, 2020 |
Biafrannuke: This thread is not about the size of Lagos but its Yoruba name. Even the so called occupied west bank has a Jewish name Judea and Samaria but Arabs of Palestine don't have a name for it. meaning they are not the owners. Upon all the explanations you are still arguing u are really from Osu. |

Openbusiness: Of course it is a FRAUD. How can you want to recruit thousands of people to work part-time, a recruitment exercise that one way or another will cost the recruits their personal resources, and then you say NO SALARY, that it is a voluntary job. Is that not a BIG FRAUD? Who in the world places the security of their community on free volunteers? Volunteers that will spend their money everyday to report to work, is money growing in their backyards? And you want or expect community policing to work. No, it won't work. Enemy of progress. |
