Lol by the comments you can just see what the op meant. He asked a mere simple question. Why do Nigerians look down on other Africans and put them down. There is nothing wrong if you feel that you are better, but there is no need for insults and name calling. Then Nigerians will complain that other Africans don't like them or are ' Jealous of them' as the popular saying goes. There is really no need referring to countries like Hiv South Africa, small Kenya, Charcoal Ghana. It's really rude and distasteful yet if these same countries had to call you people 419, juju people etc etc ya'll are the first to complain. That's just what the op was trying to say and I can guarantee you that every African country will agree with the op. Sometimes if many people complain about the same things then it's time to look inwards because everyone cannot be wrong or jealous.

Always download from store.
However you can download external files like videos, documents etc using ucbrowser.
I also use PC to download any file above 100MB from windowsphone.com then transfer it to my Phone sd card using usb cord.
After which I will open Store, tap on the three dots at the down right(options) select install local apps and the phone will use internet to verify the app and it will install.
