Commonsense99:Commonsense99 you are making a very valid point. So Zamfara owns the gold abi? What is good for the goose is equally good for the gander. Choi see cheating. Govt is now buying gold from a state but dey no wan buy crude oil. ![]() |
comfokon:So didn't they still turn back? They shot a guy and ran over another one. In the end they still did what they were told to do in the first place, where's the sense? They were transporting prisoners, so didn't they still transport them after killing two people? Forget work pressure abeg, that's what they are trained to do. There wasn't any threat like people were trying to free prisoners, the prison guy was just trigger happy. |
comfokon:You must be one of the dolts I referred to. So what's the difference with what I said caused the escalation? What got people mad to the point of burning properties down? Or wasn't someone shot? So if protesters tell you to turn back, the penalty for their offence is a headshot? Sometimes I wonder how some people reason. The prison van could have just diverted and used Uyo village road if they had sense and that would have saved some lives and properties. Prior to that sad incident, a whole police commissioner was also turned away by protesters at same spot. Why didn't the CP drag and show superiority by using force? Or the CP wasn't smart? |
Thebrainmaster:This happened as a result of a prison official shooting and killing two #EndSARS protesters. People got upset and started setting buildings on fire. |
Kirchoffs you be correct guy. I like your deduction. |
Newzik:Very true. The power resides with the people. Unfortunately most times the people don't realize that. |
homosapien:It would be better if the youths float a party or join an existing one with a youth theme like Youths Democratic Party. We must take over governance in 2023. Most of these old men in power were already in govt when they were youths, so what changed? I'd say greed made them cling to power at all cost to the detriment of developing the country. |
homosapien:I agree with you on this 100% The youths need to register a party, nominate candidates for various positions starting from the president. Ensure every youth has a PVC and vote on the election dates. APC/PDP are just full with the same old men that failed, we can't let the recycling continue, it's about time we effect real change. |
Camos:The issue escalated because a dolt working for the prison services in Uyo opened fire on an armless protester and ran over another one thereby killing two people this afternoon just because the protesters had told them to turn back. The chaos that followed was just the aftermath of the uniform guy's action. I'm just wondering who trains these guys in uniform. Most of them are so unprofessional. |
Well said. Kudos. Mikehot: |
But lasgidi is green. So your analogy isn't accurate. The thing is; the dude doesn't care about the South. Like Trump said 'after elections, there are consequences.' The Southerners who voted him made a horrible mistake. This is the result. |
The priest is spot on! It will happen because the so called elites aren't listening. |
Mgbadike80:God bless you abundantly Sir. |
If this information is correct. This man will surely pay for the blood of the innocent souls. |
2by40ft: Really you don't talk?! Yet this article is about a fulani group taking responsibility for an attack. Oh I forgot you aren't the sharpest tool in the box.It will come as a ride awakening to you. |
2by40ft:It's a message. A word is enough for the wise. But I doubt you are wise enough to decipher. E go be |
These people should remember that nobody has monopoly of violence. They'll be shocked!!! |
Coming from the lying machine himself ![]() |
Who is Joe Igbokwe? He sounds like a looney. This strategy by govt was already anticipated so no surprise there. The protest continues. #EndSars. #Endbadgovernance. |
selemo:Okay comrade. A step in the right direction. |
selemo:Okay. By who? This should be breaking news if it were true. Please give more details. |
The announcement was made at where? |
Yus2020:You didn't read the part that they rejected the cash? You sound foolish. |
Not surprised, a known drunk made INEC commissioner. Says everything about this govt.
|
Nice one. |
Rugaria:Correct talk. 100% resource control...it's been long overdue. It's about time that happens. It will encourage creativity, ingenuity and loads of innovations. It will bring out the best in each state. I don't advocate for the regional system because it will lead to marginalization some people will be oppressed in that system. Instead maintain the current states, but let the states have 100% control of their resources. Let the states be able to develop without waiting for someone in Abuja to approve. |
No be only fireball. Buruntai na thunderball go fire you dey ![]() Bloody clown!!! |
Shows that power still belongs to the people. Regardless of the fact that there'll just create a new name for SARS. This should be an eye opener to our leaders. You can be ousted if people are willing to unite. |
I'm unfollowing him immediately ![]() |
Oracle20:She flew from Heathrow. |
azpekuliar:Guy you no well ![]() Choi I can't stop laughing. You made my night. Twale Sir!!! |
