In have not adopted any special strategy. My site don't even have much traffic, I simply embed links in the post and display few 125X125 banners on the site bar. click the link on my signature to see how i did it.

Sure, you can still make money from it. But you can promote books on clickbank

I used instagram ton increase my blog traffic up to 40%. Most interestingly In now used instagram to get US readers to my blog.

Its something you can do. Let me share with you.

Follow the instructions below:

(1) Sign up for instagram using a good smartphone
(2) Setup your profile with a harsh tag of your main keyword
(3) Include your blog link on your bio

Now, get more active...

(1) Follow at lest 500 white people
(2) upload at least 20 interesting pictures that are related to your niche

Now...

Like at least 100 pictures per day for two months.
Write at least 10 insightful comments per day

This is the trick...

(1) The harsh tag in your bio will make people to find you easily and follow you organically
(2) Once your like or comment on people pictures, they will want to know more about you. so they will visit your profile information. Of course some of them will end up on your blog.

I used this strategy to build an email list which i used to promote web hosting affiliate.

This has increased my affiliate income to more than $3,000 per month.

I thought this was impossible until I did it. You can make a whooping $3,000 every month or even more with Commission Junction (CJ).

Let me share with you how it works.

There are very many programs in CJ that pays as high as $100 per lead. Some even pays as high as $300. Many of these programs are web hosting.

Early this year, A friend of mine, Samuel Nwosu of iBlogNg shared a post on Facebook how its possible to make $2,500 per month from CJ.

I said... let me try it.

This November, I made a whooping $3,200 by referring 32 people to buy web hosting program listed on commission junction.

I'm only promoting one web hosting program and that pays a lot.

I received the cash here in Nigeria using Payoneer.

So you can just try. This is real and just want to share with you.

I had this problem before...

I was making $20+ every day from AdSense.

One of my blog got banned from AdSense and that was my only source of income. The unfortunate thing was that all the domain that in used the adsense code got blacklisted (banned).

So in the end, I struggled to get another AdSense account but the AdSense ad would not display in any of the banned blogs.

what I did...

I bought a related domain name, hosted it on another web hosting account.

I them download the database of the old blacklisted domain and installed it on the new domain. Every other thing remains the same.

I now visited Google search console to instruct a search engine redirection from my old blog to the new one.

After one month, my new blog got even more traffic than the old one and its now making more money from AdSense.

so if you had any issues like this, don't loose Hope. instead apply these tips.

You can only use AdSense on self hosted WordPress blog

Another idea to make money from your new blog is to focus on your reader and grow them.

Let me explain...

When you start a new blog, it basically means that you are teaching an empty classroom. Isn't it?

Your blog is pretty new, you don't have any reader yet, in fact no one is listening to you. So what should you do in this situation?

Many people will make mistake of waiting for Google to index their blog before they make money. This is rubbish

Is your bog the only site on the web? What is the guarantee that they will rank you well even after indexing.

Stop and do more...

These are the thing you need to do.

(1) shout.: Why should you shout? Yes you must shout so that maybe a person from distance will hear you. You either shout for free on social media, guest posting, forum moderation, blog commenting or you shout with money as in advertising.

(2) Preach what Your Readers will like to hear. Of course you know the task you will be up to by venturing into blogging. So, blog illiberally. This is important so that, anyone who is listening to you from afar will like to come close to find out about what you are saying.

(3) Encourage every visitor to come back next time and bring their friends and relatives. This is easy to achieve. Simply create an email list as well sharing capabilities.

Why all this?
50% of every sales I make are from returning visitors rather than first timers. So you have to try and keep you blog readers no matter how few they are.

No, AdSense account created with Youtube cannot work with self hosted wordpress blog. But you can use it on . blog

Internet business is not for the kids. It's not a get rich quick scheme. You have to learn the craft before you perfect the skills. I seem to wonder when someone who has not made a dime online is trying to teach another person. It just like a blind person leading blind people. This is absurd.

There are people who actually make money online and those are the people you should listen to. I am doing free training on internet business. You don't have to pay anything to join the training.

Nice site you have there. The site okay but a visitor may be confused on first visit. Is it a blog or a business website?

What will you do with AdSense account now? haven't you heard that the CPC has dropped? Please shun AdSense because that's not the best way to make money online. Although I make at least $1,000 per month, I used affiliate marketing to make over $2,500 every month.

AdSense is good but it will limit you. Internet is very bis and you can simply promote products that pays like $100 per purchase and you will seemingly make better money than AdSense.

7 sales = $700. that's it.

Also, you can write and sell ebooks, software and more. Please don't limit yourself to AdSense. It will kill your blogging career. I am seriuos.

For Adsense tricks, the best I have used is to insert all the ad code in the post/page to ensure maximum impression since almost everybody now uses mobile devices to access internet.

Nice share... But I think you don't need to follow someone before you can make money online. All you should do it create the best working online business strategy and you are good to go.

I have used a very urgly blog to make up to 400K per month. I don't have any banner there. All the money are made from affiliate links.

The killer idea behind this is content development on topics that rocks that last for years. I teach a lot of the ideas to those who need them.

Nice point you just shared here. I read that post in full, but unfortunately, you have not followed the trend till 2015. Currently, web banner marketing strategy is dead. How many people clicks web banner again as compared to the click through rate in the 2000s. Everyone now knows that banners are advertisement. They all snub it now.

On the contrary, the best web marketing strategy is links. I have a blog that make upto $3,000 per month but I don't have a single banner on it. That's the trend that work.

People like to click on relevant links on your blog or websites. Links keep you website neat and the click though rates are quite encouraging.
