There is not much you can do. You have to bring your parents to approve of this relationship. You can start off by talking to your parents' friends who are understanding and might be willing to accompany you to them, for your sake.
Really, this is just such a difficult situation. If you daring enough, an option is to elope with her!  Your parents will come around later, rest assured!
