YoruBanger: You are absolutely right about Al-shabab's attacks on the coatal cities. Kenyan tourism has really taken a hit as a result. Matter of fact I was in Limuru, a sleepy town not far from Nairobi when Al-shabab attacked the West Gate Mall in Nairobi back in 2013.
I think Nairobi has the best weather in the world -- so chilly at times that you forget you are still in Africa.
Kenya is like the Naija of East Africa, economically. Visited some nice residential areas in the Westlands area. You'd be forgiven for thinking you're in Europe. White people love that country. yes, its really affecting them, every country with her own challenge, |

I can see you thoroughly enjoyed your holiday in Kenya. I have been there thrice; twice officially and once on a personal holiday, and I enjoyed every minute of it. It is a good thing you are married, Kenyan ladies have a soft spot for Nigerian guys for some reason. They love our swag. THANKS |

Pavore9: The white stuff is called ugali, while the beans and maize is called githeri! How did you enjoy the cooked cabbage? You for tell me say u dey come Nairobi, would have directed you to Nwanyi Awka's place at Lithuli Avenue where you would have eaten correct egusi soup and semolina/garri for N500 a plate! really, my wife couldnt cope much with their food we had to reschedule our trip because of that, they dont out pepper in their food, and you know how we like pepper a lot. i was looking for fried yam and akara after the first night, |

pickabeau1: Nice pics, beautiful wife
Can u include in your op a small update on your trip
Where you stayed and range of prices How to get visa How to move about in the city night spots and must see places
Happy married life i lodged in the city centre for safe purpose, hotel ranges from $80 and above per night you can get your visa on arrival for $50 moving round the city is not bad as long as its not during rush house because of traffic |

YoruBanger: Lovely pix @OP. You for visit their expansive games reserve at Naivasha, about an hours drive from Nairobi. Come see BEAUTIFUL Zebras roaming in the Wild by the road side -- the sight is purely amazing. There are also Hippos, gazelles, giraffes and Lions.
Also there's the Rift valley with some bad ass attractions.
Then there's Mombasa, with its White Sand Beaches. Am taking my wife there later this year to experience beautiful Kenya, too. yes, i want to go to Mombasa, but i was told its not safe becuase of Al-shabab, they are attacking the coaster cities |

Its a place to be sha..in the golf course we were cautioned not to play with a yellow ball as the monkeys around will just pick it and run.. you are right, they are very lovely people and nice |
