Did you use a naira card linked to your account? If you have internet banking on your account, you should be able to get an instant statement download already in PDF and stamped. I can confirm GTBank has this feature.
Please don't send any bank statement, send the one linked to the card you used to make the deposit and highlight where the places where the deposits were displayed. I know this can be frustrating but you will definitely get your funds if you are the owner of the card. Good luck.

I guess the problem is from the method you used to fund your account. I want to assume that you you used a debit card to fund your account directly instead of using a third party. That explains why they have the details of the card you used. To avoid charge back issues, they want to be sure that you are indeed the owner of the used card. What you need is a bank statement that shows the exact transactions you made on their website. Any bank statement won't work in this instance since they aren't asking to know your residence. I hope this helps.
There is no way bookies can freeze your funds if you didn't commit any fraud, at worst they will refund the balance left on your account before closing it. It has happened many times to me when some sites started blocking Nigeria due to new regulations in their country of operation. You have a right to be angry but not being rude. Bookies aren't doing us any favour, in fact they need us more than we need them.
