Genoa: It wasn't my fault that you couldn't comprehend what this thread was all about.
Although it's very obvious that Yorubas are richer Igbos, this thread is all about taking control of your relationship.
Yoruba guys are mostly Alpha male whilst Igbos are simp, that's why they had to entice women with their hard earned money.
Yesterday a news made NL front page, An alpha Yoruba guy impregnated a Turkish women, the guy ran because he just wanna enjoy himself, an Igbo simp had to start taking care of a Yoruba man left over.
Igbo land does not only have brown roof but it's a barren land, even the indigenes are running away from Igboland.
Below is another international stats showing that Yorubas are richer than Igbos.
Igbos are very poor, that's why they all run to Yoruba land to do prostitution and hawk gala. So with all these grammar na Itel phone with andriod 4.4 version you still dey use. Poverty and Igbo matter i no know which one go 1st kill you. www.nairaland.com/attachments/11524553_screenshot20200513110800_png8f8c4924be88ce79a4c94132bafa77d4 |

Though not perfect.....she way much better than the igbo girl. And based on the way igbo men talk about girls, they don't know how to woo a lady, they buy the lady.....a yoruba man can have the same money, and woo the lady, and not out rightly buy the lady. how do you mean sir, are you in anambra state |

jagorinho: you are off point, I am sorry to say, traditional Igbo guys sucks at relationship, I have the same sentiment as o.p, I served in enugu, and I saw things first hand, Igbo guys buy love, they are the " go and make money and girls will rush you gang" but they do not put many things into consideration, simply put " they lack game" only those ones that have stayed in lagos for long are faring better, you do not just throw cash at girls, sponsor her whole tertiary education or build a new house for her parents then suddenly you think you own her without any background check whether the feeling is mutual, a tailor ( Yoruba) was having an affair with 3 married ladies in the village I served,as a fellow Yoruba I told him to stop it but he was like they found him irresistible because he always fix their emotional needs by hearing them out and keeping them company which their " millionare" husbands couldn't, this guy always eat fresh food every time prepared by those ladies, he played his game so well that i was amazed such tricks could come from someone like him,he was average in looks and does not give them a dime, he hardly make a thousand naira daily but you will see young handsome guys, with almost every thing in their life going well but are Slaves to their partner, I usually pity them, I liberated some but most were lost in the wilderness. Relationship in Nigeria favours women than men something i realised a long time ago. if you don't have money unless you're ready to kiss ass and slave up for pussy, my friend that isn't game. My igbo brothers realised that chasing women requires almost the same amount of time chasing money only be say the former, Gain no Dey Am |

The minorities he claims to know in reality don’t like him. They don’t like igbos and they don’t want anything to do with Biafra.
He needs to stop sacrificing the blood of igbo children who trust him for groups of people who don’t deserve that sacrifice.
Why is this hard for IPOB to understand.
Let the new Biafra be an igbo only thing and they will have my support back again like they used to.
And most importantly, we will get biafra faster that way. How pls |

The point I was trying to make is that Kanu needs to perfect his craft....He is making friends to become foes by his ill-advised utterances
Making impact goes beyond demagoguery and casting aspersion right, left and center...
The way he is making out makes one to wonder whether he listens to strategic counselling.
By now he ought to have refined his modus operandi by having a well-defined thrust.
If you compare Ojukwu with Kanu, you see a significant difference.

Ardar: This thread just reminded me of an incident that happened 10years ago in port harcourt
My mom was having a conversation with an ikwerre man, along the line the man asked her where she's from and she told him that she's Igbo from Anambra State.
You need to see the way this man's face changed and i taught he smelt something bad with the way he squeezed his face.
"I hate igbos" he said with disgust.
My mom asked him why and he said he hate igbos because of what we did to them during the old eastern region and that his father abi grand father told him that.
If there's any tribe that was brought up with hate, it's those ikwerre people.

Dreambeat: It is surprising that this thread that was meant to educate the younger generation about the history of Igbos and their kiths and kin in the old Eastern region has now become an IPOB bashing thread. Some people just want to criticise without proffering a solution.IPOB may not be perfect just like any other freedom fighting organisation all over the world but one thing I know is that the leadership of Nnamdi Kanu has done a lot in bringing to the consciousness of the Igbo nation, Biafrans and world the plight of Biafrans in the present day Nigeria.Hence you should give him credit for that. Moreover, I doubt that there is any Igbo man alive right now who can command the kind of followership that he does. IPOB modus operandi may not be conventional but you don't throw away the baby with the bath water. Let's discuss the theme of the thread and leave IPOB alone. For your information, I am not a member of IPOB, at least not yet. my brother leave them, they don't know anything about warfare and allies. Biafrarep: Igbos have every right to expel a group of people that have continued to deny their heritage.
Igbos have long endured embarrassments and opprobrium just because we wanted to act as the bigger brother by extending a hand of fellowship to an undeserving people.
This same guys took over our properties after the war and tagged them abandoned properties yet we forgive them only for them to continue in their idiocy.
They are too inconsequential and we must ask them to go fvrk themselves because we truly don't need them. They are the ones that need us to be noticed.
I'm so irritated that we indulged these guys for far too long when we should've cut off from them a long time ago.
Would Duncan Mighty be where he is today if Igbos did not patronize him?
Would anyone know Monalisa Chinda if Igbos did not give her room to show her talent in Nollywood?
Does anyone know these guys in the north talk more of outside Nigeria but they always try to use unbridled and unwarranted insults on Igbos to gain underserved fame.
They can't be allowed to continue enjoying benefits from Igbos when it suits them only to deny and insult us when it does not.
The current Igbo generation will never tolerate such nonsense again. I will bounce these guys wherever I see them saying trash be it on Facebook, nairaland, Twitter or physically.
Ask yourself, what benefit has the Ikwerre brought to Igbo race, nothing! But they have gained so much from us yet only to claim to be Benin.
Even their thug of a governor, Wike has been going about saying trash yet we ignore him. We really have to bounce these guys really hard! You my friend, are not making any sense. Igbo is bigger than you and i. Lol ikwere cannot insult igbos because the are also insulting themselves... Biafrarep: Lol, the joke is on you because you are the inconsequential one based on these reasons.
1. You've no identity because you're neither Igbo nor Benin, as against a true Igbo son of the soil like me
2. You occupy just two local governments and nobody knows you in the North talk more of outside Nigeria but as an Igbo man, we are recognized globally as one of the most advanced races.
3. You've no city you can call your own, even P.H is jointly owned by many tribes but we Igbos have so many cities.
Now tell me who is inconsequential between a bonafide Igbo like me and you that has no identity All am saying you have no right to expell an subgroup from the Great igbo tribe. |
Politics › Re: 5 Things That IPOB Should Know About Rivers State by fhranchez(m): 8:54pm On May 10, 2020 |
Biafrarep: I agree with you completely. Ikwerres are too small to be contending with the great Igbo race. These confused guys enjoyed the Igbo tag when it suits them and reject it when it does not. This nonsense has been going on for a long time now but it's time to put a stop to it completely.
Igbos have little or nothing to gain from Ikwerres but they stand to gain a lot from us. The truth of the matter is that these guys are actually behaving this way because they feel we've got their back. Unknown to many, Ikwerres are riding on the back of Igbos from the SE living in P.H. to win elections as a majority in Rivers State.
Going forward, Igbos must do the following to put these Ikwerres where they actually belong I.e. Benin.
1. Every Ikwerre person in Ohanaeze or any other Igbo socio-cultural or market group both within and outside Nigeria should be expelled with immediate effect.
2. Ohanaeze should transfer such posts being held by any Ikwerre person to other Igbo groups that accept their heritage within Rivers State.
3. Igbos living in Rivers State should always support our true brothers in Asa, Ndoni and Egbema among others that accept their Igbo identity in Rivers during elections before the Benin slaves.
4. Ohanaeze should officially write to Ogbakor Ikwerre to stop impersonating Igbos by not using our copyright trademarks such as names, eze/obi title, culture and tradition among others.
5. Igbos should never allow any Ikwerre person to join our groups anywhere in the world. Be it in schools, socio-cultural groups, market associations, Nollywood, corporate organizations etc.
6. Igbos should never celebrate Duncan Mighty or any other Ikwerre musician, actor etc as one of us because they are not one of us. They should go to Ikwerre or better still Benin people to patronize them.
7. Wherever we meet the Ikwerres, whether within or outside Nigeria, we must never identify with them and must warn them never to attach to us.
Globally, Igbos are recognized and statistics have endorsed us as high achievers. We have been categorized as among the most advanced races, in a group that includes the Germans, Jews, Chinese, and Indians (the only Blacks to be recognized). Now, does the Hausas even know if there is a group of people known as the Ikwerres talk more of being known in Ghana or worse still globally??
Let's face it, between the great Igbo race and the unknown minute Ikwerres, who should be pleading for the other to accept it?
We must chase these guys away from anything that has to do with Igbos and give the priviledges to those that deserve it. These guys can't eat their cake and still have it.
We have giving too much attention to these guys already and it is not worth it. you cannot expel anybody, you are utterly inconsequential |
