Nastydroid:
Your debit card last 4 digits is needed for that to take place, what kind of bank are you using

It was not needed , am tired of repeating the same thing. All they had access to was my registered SIM.

olaleks007:
80k bro

Will pay immediately

obojememe:
u did better believe him 100% , cos what he told u 100% correct ...your philosophy is no longer important to them anymore as long as the sim is registered to your bank account they wil have their way and clear the daily limit in your account, they wil continue the next day till the whole money is cleared while u are stil worrying about a missing phone , u wouldn’t be receiving alerts anyway.

i hope someone learn from this thread...block your bank account immediately your phone is missing not lamenting up nd down

I was lucky I registered for email notifications, that literally saved me.

Lexusgs430:
Fibonacci2526, come and see umimiracle o..........

But the A3 pro officially supports Glo band 28 from their specs sheet, no?

IKON360:
'I want this but this doesnt support 5g, if im not wrong. Do you think will we be able to find 5g phones at this prices?'
.
While I see some comments on this thread and get so annoyed, the above is the reason one confused gsmarena commenter gave as to why he won't purchase redmi note 7 pro. Can a person be more confused or is it plain dimness?

It's madness, youu will find that most people that purchase phones in the $250 bracket are usually the ones that complain most compared to the people who buy phones over $400. If it's not battery, they will be nitpicking over camera, display, design etc and will go as far as comparing such phones to flagship devices.

Damoxy:
Has anybody ever had his Shipment cancelled. What did you do next or what happened

Open a dispute and you will be refunded.

Darvel:
how do you go about ordering the device from China

Alixpress.

Lexusgs430:
Band 28 OTA update to hit you soon...........

More like new glo band 3 roll out in specific locations as bands are hardware related.

aezenkwu:
This is not possible brother. But I would believe is someone used my SIM to buy airtime from my bank. You know it's just straight with no passkey.

Oga am telling you what happened to me 3 months ago, all they had access to was my SIM. You can choose to believe it or not.

gidieberry:
Ehya.. Oya make we sef setup a meet here in IB..

and I dey IB during last year Xmas oo.

Kylekent59:
I don't understand ooo

Ok, what if I have your contact on my phone, I now copy your number, went to retrieve another sim using your number.

That means, I can use it to withdraw your money or buy airtime.

But password is needed to wipe an account, then how did the thief gets the password?

Which password? I didn't activate USSD on my line, so they initiated a fresh ussd on my line.

aezenkwu:
I don't understand this. How would they withdraw money they don't have passwords for

BVN, they can check your BVN via your bank registered SIM.

jtreasure:
Thanks to stormyweather and madam Fibonacci for the redmi note 6 pro. Nice meeting u today Fibonacci and was really fun chatting with you

Nice chatting with you today, twas great fun.

aaronson:
If the sim is tied your BVN/bank accounts. Quickly block access to it by calling your bank or go retrive the sim as soon as possible so you don't come back here to share a heart touching story of how you bank account was cleared.

Exactly, I was lucky in my case that they only withdrew 100k as that was the daily limit. I for just faint if say dem clear my account.

comshots:
Nobody will gain access to your account. They will discard the SIM card and sell the phone.Go to computer village around 7am.You will see some guys brandishing mobile phones for sale. One of those might be among them.

They can, my phone was stolen last year, they got rid of the phone and went away with the SIM. Long story short they withdrew 100k from my account before I could get to the bank. They used just my registered SIM

sexiestharam:
Wow. And I called you today to get a redmi note 5. I didn't even see your response till now. It is well

Because your comment was basically derailing my thread, it's nothing personal.

yemi2plus:

bosssylva:

Nope, just run the ad you will surely get a buyer

Sandyyy:

Why not sell your phone and order for the note 7?

saintkenny:
Don't shake this table. We've witnessed enough drama for a day abeg.

Nah was just pleasantly surprised, not even shaking any tables.

anonymousey:
Anyone with a new Redmi note 7 or note 6 pro on ground in Lagos?

Stormyweather

GrandMufti:
They accept every. Except maybe palm oil

busuyi44:
I did one today with Nipost EMS Speed post to Lagos for N1835. A phone plus tempered glass

How many working days?

So I just got the confirmation one can still send phone to another state via NIPOST, I could have sworn some people on here said otherwise

felasey1:
its for low earners oga

It's for low earners, they should priced it accordingly in the region of 25-28k. The device is poor, if you know you know.

Born2smile:
You did not answer my question. Do you use redmi note 7 currently?

He is still thinking of buying.

Gptech:
Add 10k then come whatsapp, maybe I fit consider sell my note

if you nor leave this phone one day, this phone go leave you.

Luminary1:
You gave a reasonous suggestion here, unlike few people who talk as if everyone here is their agemate, fans who can't stand my humble critical criticism regarding the Redmi note 7, doubtful if any one of them holds 0.1% share in the company.
