Demdem: What makes the party is the people not otherwise. Instead its the party that will collapse. The vast majority are not with wike, that is the situation on ground. His main support is from abuja. Amaechi and Ake still control the grassroots, that in itself is the soul of the party and not from wadata plaza.THEY wud soon toe the wike line its just a matter of time.No bi politicians! |
Which control are you talking about? As we speak, a parallel state executive recognised by all ward heads and backed by the executives are the ones in place. Here is a guy that no one want to be seen exchanging words with him in Rivers State and you said he is in control? control of what? Let me help you out. See, state party chairmen are worthless without the state governors and other elected members backing them. This guy is not even recognised within the party block, hence he is just a toothless figure head appointed from Abuja. The state governors can make or unmake the party in any state just the way the president can at federal level. The only peaceful way out for him is to pay homage to the state governor and swear an oath of allegiance. Take a walk to any party secretariat and show them this post of mine.
who wud the Amaechi faction be reporting to?is it not TUKUR they wud answerable to.lets see hw they wud be able outsmart WIKE`S MEN |
seunfly: u talk true cos in 9ja dead person fit dey rule office if they no confirm him dead politically.lolz ...yeepa my belly oo laugh wan kill me here |
Billyonaire: A single 6-Years Term for Presidents, Vice Presidents and all Governors will be the solution to the intermittent chaos that opposition pours into the Polity with a view of 'taking-over', thereby allowing the Governors and Presidency to focus on developmental ideals instead of defending their actions and inaction through out their tenure. If Nigeria is to speedily gravitate from being 3rd world to the next phase, then I admonish the house to selflessly pass this 6yr single term bill to enable the people stay focused on good governance. With regards to GEJ, He is too sincere, that's the issue here, I personally would have loved him to continue this abled-leadership to the second term (which am sure he will win) but if he chooses to give up the Second term in the event that Single term is passed by law, I can only instruct the Legislatures to exempt Jonathan, He MUST serve 8yrs. SO SHALL IT BE!Wait ooo...... this 6yrs brouhaha hope it applies to those thieving senators and reps too? |
maclatunji: You must be kidding me. There is no credible alternative to GEJ just as there was no credible alternative to Abacha abi?Just name one alternative to GEJ |
exxell: I THOUGHT JONATHAN IS ONLY STUPID.... NOW I KNOW HE IS ALSO FOOLISH! I CANT WAIT FOR BUHARI COME 2015!Are u a northerner ? if not you must be very stupid |
ecosanders: Ahahah! So dis man think we r learners, after dey pass d 6years single term bill, den he wil turn bk n contest abi? Tel dat 2 ur lapdogs.Y re u so reasoning from ur ANUS? |
DeCleff: Truth is as shining light that dispels darkness.WISHFUL THINKING |
iamswizz: that is why unn needs re constructionreconstruction abi rehabilitation? |
Tolexander: Grounded aircraft: Reps condemn action; say it’s witch-hunt of political opponentsThese idoitic reps have already jumped to conclusion without even seeking to hear from the NCAA |
Memphis357: You be big fool!!!!UR FATHER IS D BIGGEST FOOL WHILE U RE THE BIGGER BABOON |
barcanista: Kudos to Madrid for the scoreline. Sadly, they could't upturn the result despite the play and missed SO MANY chances in the first half. Barcelona will prove to the world that WE ARE THE KING of Football- Watch out for 6-0 thrashing of MunichEven if RM had qualified i wud have been d hardest hit cos they dont just desrve to play in the final.Dortmund is a justified UCL finalist |
Iykesmooth: Did u watch d match using a black and white tv? Madrid totally outplayed dem..? They had a few wrong passes but dat dosent mean madrid didnt outplay dem in everyway.... Possession? Missed chances? Corners? Throwings? D only thing madrid was lacking is d finishing touch, if madrid had dat then it would be all wraped up in favour of them,Madrid were so ordinary |
Iykesmooth: Dortmund may have won but after yesterday i realised they are still inferior to madrid.... They were totally outplayed... And dortmund were as scared as hell in d closing minutes cos they knw madrid is on fire!!! Anyway bayern would win d cup so it dosent matter if they made it through or not.Dortmund were just conserving energy and trying to avoid injury.Even at that theY were far better than RM,accurate passes and clear cut chances.MORNHNO IS NO SPECIAL ONE |
CFCfan: Mourinho just said this:"I know I am loved in England, especially by one club" at a press conference in Madrid. We dont want Morinhno in stamford bridge, in BENITEZ we TRUST |
NYRM: Nigerian Youths wake up, We have no other country except Nigeria, We have been suffering in silence while our Leaders put our future in their bank accounts. How can we remain like this? How can a youth go to school and suffered to graduate at the end no job. You are almost 40 and still your future is as bleak as a dark room. Did your parents send you to school to sit at home because our Government have failed us. Let us come out one day and say No. We must not remain like this, we cannot all travel abroad to find a better life, our better life is here in our country. We have the money, oil and resources but only a selected few have continue to suck it dry why we keep believing God for a change, wake up now I challenge you. We need 500,000 youths in each of the 36states to challenge the Government. We say NO, we will destroy this country and rebuild it afresh, we will Kill those who stand on our way as they are consideredthe enemy. A man cannot have billions of naira while millions of youths roam the streets every day looking for daily bread. Our young men must not all be kidnappers, our young girls must not all be prostitutes. Get Ready I tell you. The time has come for us to react, the only way our Government listens is violence, they have shown it to the Niger delta militantsand nowthey are planning to show it to the boko haram..whereas a simple gesture of N20,000 per monthto the unemployed was rejected and you pay militants N75,000 per month. How much do they pay as minimum wage? How much do they pay to elected officers, we are going to revolt. Nigeria will burn to berebuilt again like Libya, Iraq, Egypt and Tunisia...pleas e spread this message unless you want todie in poverty in a country where God has destined all of us to be happy and prosperous...!! ! Pls send this msg to all ur contact cos anytin can happen o!!! The time is right for us all to say no bad governance who take the youths for granted!Start with your state governor first leave the Presidency out of this |
Avenir: I suddenly received transaction alert email from Access Bank today (I assumed previous ones have gone to spam email) and found out that since January, Access Bank has been taking 400 naira (200 naira twice a month) from my account as a service charge and also taking 10 naira every month as VAT.My Guy just close your account.Must u bank with ACCESS BANK.They dont even have a wide reach so "wot the hell" |
I'm tempted to reply you but I won't. Why don't you give us a verifiable name/s of any property demolished based on politics and not the collective good of Rivers State residents. Don't make me wait to long. Though, I don't much like the pace at which Ameachi is developing Rivers, putting side by side the huge monthly allocations coming to the state but Ameachi is million light years ahead of Jonathan in everything. The state is taking shape in a peaceful environment. We are now clubbing 24/7 and don't have to raise our hands up while walking. Kidnapping is minimal, arm robbery is low.
Same here in warri so its no big deal.U dont classify that as an achievement. |
wirinet: What i expected the so called new executive to do was to go to court or the chairman involved should go to court. The exco have no power whatsoever to ORDER the legislature. And according to the nigerian constitution, the local government is bound by laws made by the state houses of assemblies and their funding is under a joint account controlled by the governor. The party EXCO has no role as far as local governments are concerned. But it is illegal and unconstitutional for Amaechi to remove a duly elected Local gvt chairman by FIAT |
