Has anybody noticed that the browsing speed was slow 2day or is it just my end?

After amassing about 2gig on my fone i decided to connect my sim in a router to see if i can browse with 2or 3 more systems.I noticed that the speed goes down considerable.in fact it does browse well at all,but wen i use a usb stick on my laptop with the same sim,the speed its like speed of light.WHY? Whats d use of all these plenty mb if u cant share it and use on others systems?
