Thief is finally gone to where he belongs. |
barcanista:I'm guessing you didn't observe the question mark that ended the topic I just posted but if you did, then you, my friend, need, as a matter of urgency, a psychiatric evaluation more than the 'pdp e-trolls'. And erm...it will be more appropriate to say your president in waiting. Thank you, little one. |
Buhari has secretly asked his party chieftains to replace him with another candidate for the forthcoming Presidential election. He acted on the advise of some APC stalwarts and founding fathers. The source has it that a very close associate to Buhari who pleaded for anonymity said the decision was in best interest of APC. One of the reasons he gave for taking the painful decision is the certificate scandal in which the matter has been dragged to court and it is evident that buhari may not win the case which would lead to his disqualification at the eleventh hour. Another reason is the way pdp has tarnished the name of buhari through the released documentary on buhari. He said the video is causing a massive decline in the number of buhari's admirers especially the youths as it was evident in the large turn out in pdp rally in rivers. While the matter is being concluded, buhari has been given the free hand to name his substitute who must be from the north. I wouldn't have taken this assertion seriously but for the fact that when everything was seemingly going good in Abia Pdp, my source also told me sometime ago that Alex Otti(an Abia governorship aspirant) would defect to APGA about a month before he actually did. Same source told me this one too so Please I need confirmation! No insults please, I just came across it. |
madone:Well, I am not a beneficiary of YOUWIN, I know a few beneficiaries of the programme though and I must say they'll be forever grateful for that initiative. I am not a paid blogger, these are my views, state yours. Lol @ 'functional government discharging it's duties'. Permit me to laugh at your statement...Lmao. Ok, please while that 'functional government' was discharging it's duties, why did it not arrest everyone? Why was it only the people on his bad books? I always disagree with the view that corruption is our major problem. If corruption is our major problem then nobody can amicably solve it as it is a behaviourial flaw. Its a reaction to an action. If a system works; and workers are paid salary, bus is at the bus stop all the time without touts(agbero) to obstruct, the power system is without flaws, school kids do not need to be on the teachers good side to excel, farmers are able to sell their food along side foreign processed food, hospitals are accessible and affordable, transportation is accessible and affordable, after school job expectancy rate is high, etc. Bet me corruption would be reduced. Then; would the stipulated laws guiding these areas of life be implemented. Corruption is a reaction of the people when all systems have been compromised and operated in the survival of the fittest mode. |
In this era of personality attacks, inciting of under-previledged minds and indirect promotion of violence as opposed to issue based campaigns, I dare to be different. Facts should influence views or opinions and never the other way round. We are blessed to witness amazing technological advancements all over the world, as such, research has been simplified and information is readily available and accessible. It is therefore disheartening and irritating to find a lot of people still holding onto hearsays and peddling false stories or statements when basic googling could help them. There's been reports of tremendous economic growth in Nigeria recently,Nigeria became Africa's biggest economy, but so many people dismissed these reports by a wave of the hand saying it is all paper work and the common man is not feeling it. Well, I won't bother you with GDPs and professional terms. Just look around you, production is peaking! Importation of cement used to hit over a trillion, but under GEJ's watch, we have become exporters of the same product! The likes of Dangote Group, Ibeto (who OBJ 'crippled' for no logical reason, has bounced back and is employing Nigerians across the nation) , Innoson has expanded greatly and is now into motor production!(I've been to his factory, Nigerians are employed there plenty!) ANAMCO is also functional now, Nissan is here now too etc, they all happened under GEJ's watch. These companies have real products, real Nigerian employees! Now I don't want to bother you with train transportation that he gave new life, or the HARVEST OF ENTREPRENEURS going on in the name of YOUWIN program which will create a multiplier effect that will out-live GEJ! Nigerians did not experience the usual sky-rocketing of the price of rice during the festivities last year, even when dollar to naira exchange rate was high, rice was still sold at about 9000 naira per bag. Every Nigerian saw it, felt it, enjoyed it but not too many knew why it was so. It's because of the transformation in the agricultural sector, rice of same quality as the acclaimed foreign rice is now being produced in Ebony and other parts of Nigeria! GEJ cut out the middle man and empowered farmers directly to move agriculture to the next level. Need i mention more? ...wait, we can do this all day and all night, the list is endless but there's more to be done so we want more! As we go to the polls in a few weeks, vote wisely. #GEJ2015 |
We Nigerians lack reading culture and have developed an attitude of swallowing things line, hook and sinker. I asked myself several questions before identifying with GEJ’s candidature. I took a stroll down the memory lane from 1983/85, I studied some high profile cases including Alex Ekwueme, Tai solarin, Sam Mbakwe. I studied Buhari’s economic strategies which later exacerbated our nation, I studied his intolerance to other religions, freedom of the press. I studied his decisions that bother on student unionism, corruption etc I studied his uprightness . Recently I have studied his speeches, a sharp reflection of his state of mind, have also studied the intents of his new found lovers in the likes of Atiku, Tinubu, Amaechi etc. Our problem is the doubt over the government we set over ourselves while thinking we are being critical of government. Our problem in Boko haram is not about the competence of Jonathan but our disunity of purpose. Johnsun wrote , while GEJ was comfortably on top of the situation in 2012/13, Mr Buhari and other Northern elders were accusing him of partiality against the North and recommended that GEJ should stop military offensive against the terrorists in favour of amnesty. Admiral Nyako termed it Ethnic cleansing. Jonathan acceded to the demands of this section of the country for unity but in the process the terrorists found time to regroup and become more formidable. Now, the same people who asked GEJ to soft pedal has now turned the atrocities of the terrorists to a campaign point, this is unfortunate. Its is treachery when a father asks a son to jump from a roof top that he will catch him and when he jumps , he not only fails to catch but set spikes for him. The fact that Buhari called for a lesser offensive against Boko haram and recommended amnesty as was done for the militants , should dis-entitle him claiming the government is not effective in the fight, citing non use of lethal force. In saner societies, he will be ashamed for blowing hot and cold at same time on same issue. He would’ve stock to his advice or apologise for wrong advice. He told us he borrowed #27.5 million for a nomination form but he did not tell us how he plans to pay back. The identity of the bank, manager, account officer has not been made public. It will interest you to know that he collects #2.3 million on monthly basis as his retirement benefits , yet no foundation for the poor, empowerment of any kind, no scholarship whatsoever has been recorded. He told us he has # 1millionin his account ,alas, his daughter pays €30000 yearly in a foreign university, equivalent of #8 million. He claimed to have fought corruption but under his nose Abacha emptied our treasury. I do not wish to remember the 52 cases, Ibrahim Awwal’s £14 million. He once argued that all ACN governors are corrupt, he said they award 1 kilometer road at # 1billion. He accused El-rufai , Atiku, Bisi Akande Tinubu etc of corrupt practices. The good news is, they are now change agents and their sins washed away. A thief and a beneficiary of a stolen product are culpable of same crime. Suffice it to say Buhari is corrupt. What economic decision has he made? Stopping Jakande Lagos mono rail at the detriment of $72 million tax payers money? Dismissing 30000 soldiers to cut cost, stopping of Ajaokuta steel?. Now he has promised #5000 to unemployed at least to encourage lack of creativity and idleness, he has promised to feed school children, help Ebonyi state produce more yams and stabilize price of oil in the foreign market . If any voter can employ the like of Buhari to head his organization especially on foreign engagements with experts , then the person mean no good for Nigeria. On GEJ, I have noticed a style, steady and noiseless transformations. I can remember what Shagari said over the weekend. We cant get it at once but we are getting it. Have you asked how many people Sure-P , youwin have employed? Have you noticed the decline in the importation of Agric produce? Have you seen the airports, railways and road networks? You believe your votes can count, any kudos for that? Have you studied the automobile policy that has allowed Innoson, kia, Nissan etc build and assemble cars in Nigeria aimed at employing citizens? Have you accessed the BOI, Agric and SME loans? Have you noticed the number of ghost workers detected through IPPS thereby saving #46 billion? What of fertilizer fraud , heard anything from that quarter? Use of technology. Have you tried to say thanks for the 12 universities built, over 130 Almajiri schools, over 60 healthcare facilities, improvement in power generation, gender equality etc? What has APC done in their various states? Which APC state is enjoying free education?. Yesterday Buhari complained of the 16 woeful years under PDP. Was he referring to Atiku, Amaechi, Gemade, Rochas, Tambuwal , Sylvia, Kwankwaso, Saraki,Ogbe etc? Buhari represents a change to dackness. #GEJ2015# - Chijioke Uzomba |
Rilwayne001:In a bid to argue, people lose their minds. Please read the post again and maybe, just maybe you will observe that the OP mentioned specific media companies, not sahara campaigners ...sorry, I meant sahara reporters ... woah! its so hard schooling these people. |
Rilwayne001:Did you visit the site earlier when the news was published? So you did not notice the removal of the fake documents from the site unlike the way they flaunted it in the beginning? Nawao. |
Remarkable:Exactly! Real Change is a process that can only come through well articulated policies, implemented consistently over time!! |
sincerenigerian:Did you even take a look at that trash? And to observe 700 and something people liked your comment goes a long way to show how blind majority of our people are. Damn! |
Ajiswaggs:Was Ebola not stopped even without your 21 billion? |
Sincerity? Integrity? And yet on the other hand, 'my certificates are with they army', then the army spoke about the content of his file, he then said; 'I assumed all along that my certificates were with the army'. Has the definition of sincerity CHANGED? |
Zikkyy:Thank you for this. They conveniently omit this scripture whenever tithing is being discussed and stick to '...meat in my house ...' scripture cos only the 'keeper of the house' gains from that scripture. To me, that is dubious. |
I just hate foolish talk! Please which bank gives loans like that without being very corrupt? Under what category or product will the loan be documented? What was the collat ![]() Or did he take the loan for another purpose on paper but will use it for APC nomination form? Yet some fools will comes here to tell how he is 'not corrupt'. A lot of slow pokes in this damn country. |
RedEboe:Well, why didn't you use MJ to buttress your view? Ok, I know the answer to that; MJ kept going at it even in his fourties! But you think Psquare should rather emulate Usher right? Hilarious! And talking about Usher, have you seen the video he did with Chris Brown? Usher still dances good! Usher still does stuff I watched him do when he was 18! He retained his style! Peter did what he's been doing and you call that 'gra graa'? that sounded quite... Are you a sad person? or are you just trying hard to be a critic? As for 'breaking into american market', Nigerian musicians are not worried about that, one can sell music on. itunes etc. check TuBaba's recent sales and you'll probably be able to project what the future holds for Nigerian music. |
josite:Well, I know what I know, so my 'super story' is mine. I still maintain that every story can never be the same. Yours is yours and mine is mine. I watched the best 'super story'(my parents) of all times play out. Until my father's demise, my parents still went out on dinner dates on valentines and exchange gifts just like when they were much younger. And my father died at 74! From mama's testimonies and as much as I witnessed, my papa never threatened to hit her, not even jokingly, so doing it was totally out of the question. Now that's a 'Super Story' to many but that's my foundation. In my worst behavior, I still cannot hit a lady not to talk of my lady. We are all products of our environments. |
Toks2008:First of all, I'm sorry about your situation. But it's no 'super story', my friend. Every story cannot be the same. And yea, people do change, change is constant so everyone should expect it. But it is also very possible to manage that change and if possible flow with it. And if you truly think you can't work it out, then... But I've also observed that most times, people overlook certain behaviors their spouse exhibit before marriage hoping they'll magically disappear after walking down the aisle. I'm not saying it was the same in your case though. |
MadCow1:Yea, I followed through. I was getting married to my friend and so whether it was court, trad, church or all the above, it really didn't matter to me. We are a few years into it already and loving every bit of it. Blessed with a beautiful daughter and another underway. Thanks a billi for the good wishes. I pray same and more for you. |
MadCow1:Yea they read out some laws that guide the whole thing before proceeding. The lady was very thorough with every single step. So its hard to forget anything that happened that day. She even read the punishment for going against any of the laws. |
Sweetlemon:During my court marriage session some years ago, it was clearly stated that we had the chance to back out if either of us was already in any previous marriage contract/arrangement and that includes traditional. So I'm a little confused here when you say the court does not recognize traditional marriage. |
So the US is now asking for probe of government officials in Nigeria? All of them or just Ihejirika? Ok, it is ok for Israel to take innocent lives in numbers, repeatedly targeting women and children, UN buildings in Palestine but it is terrible for Ihejirika to take money, and 'absolutely terrible' for Nigerian army to re-take northeast aggressively? US is the problem the world has today! A quick look around the world will prove it to you. |
olu77: Your guess is as good as mine. Remember Osama was killed close to Obama's re-election?You are a thinker! You will live long! It is normal for any leader who will be running for an election to make his subordinates work ten times over to achieve the 'impossible' within the shortest time so he can face the people. |
marieolae: well they don't seem "explicit" to me.What? Seriously? Now I wonder if they changed the meaning of the word 'explicit'. lol |
marieolae: his lyrics don't seem so bad to me anywayNever said his lyrics were 'bad'. |
marieolae: his music, his persona. The lyrics in his songs actually relate to a lot of personal issues. His voice is amazing and he is unique. He is not trying to be like usher, chris brown, trey songz etc. He is in a league of his ownHe's most definitely a star! You are completely right to say he's in a league of his own. Amazing voice! Btw you most be a naughty person to like his lyrics though...lol |
joella1: He will rather die, he is a conservative/spirikoko person..I suggested that to him like I got varied research that if he works on "himself" about an hour or so before the main event he could maybe go the distanced. He was embarassed and begged me not to bring it up again cos he feels like a failure and at a loss on what to do.Please show him 1 Cor 7:3-5! His body belongs to you and yours belongs to him! |
joella1: Don't get it twisted, he looooovvess to be on the receiving end(despite our church's teaching that its from the pit of hell),I used to give him till about 2-3years ago, the rationale behind me stopping is that if I aint getting, you will no longer receive!Oh I get it. I left one thing out; Touching himself If he's doing a lot of it, he won't last in the real act. |
joella1: You are both right and wrong. Wrong cos he is a good husband, right cos the intimacy is blah... I honestly thought it didn't really matter and I could get by.It's ok if he can't stand oral too but its definitely not an African thing not to do it! African men love MouthAction! |
joella1: Seems I left out some things. He doesn't have to totally accept the use of toys. But through conversations (which is very necessary now) let him know you need it. Fore play can help him, make him understand that too. And if he shoots in the process, it will make the actual round last longer. He too should be understanding about the situation. You too should enjoy what you have! I don't mean to judge but if he says 'God-forbid' to hand jobs, then I'm sure he'll also object to oral...erm...does he want to bore you to death? |
Sad story. First, I'd like to say sorry for your situation. Forget about the people say 'sex is not everything in marriage'. They are probably not married, the married ones say it will soon realize their spouse have diverse opinions about the matter. But then there are ways to help him. He should talk to a doctor and get some help. I think you can give him a lil bit of massage(without getting down to the act), I heard it could help one get used to dealing with the overwhelming excitements that lead to early ..., also do a lot of fore play. But I'd also suggest you do not go back to your ex. Cos at some point he'd want to stop, and focus on his young marriage, what will become of you then? |
sexyseun: I see nothing wrong with these beautiful women, the lady in the middle is really pretty, nice body, nice face. You have a good heart! And yea, they probably saw the statements here and decided to hide. A lot of african men like them big! |
And she made her statement and opinion known without any childish name-calling. How I wish Nigerians can learn from these people. |
