Here is my point.

If a driver can convey 10 passengers a fee of 500 to and fro with 5 litre of fuel at a cost of 1000 per litre of fuel.

If there is a cut of 400 from the fuel. The driver will pay 3000 for the 5 litre as against 5000.

To and fro of ten passenger each means 20 passengers. If there should be a cut in the transport fee that would be just 100 on each passenger. Instead of paying 500 they end up paying 400.


So you see those 50 and 100 cut from fuel price cannot really do anything as transport reduction.
