It’s absurd and difficult to understand why. Amoled display is too fragile. Oled is much better.

You can try out the galaxy s21 fe 5g that's what I currently use cos of the dual physical sims.
Though you might have to battle with lines on AMOLED displays.

that’s my biggest problem with samsung they are quick to develop screen problems and costly to fix. What is the need if a phone cannot serve you for 2-3years?

I just saw this itel P55 5G. Very cheap and tempting. Mind you i have iPhone for my personal use while android for business use.

My android is having touchscreen problems. Sometimes it touches by itself although still manageable but annoying most times. I wanted i know phone to replace it. But since it’s the beginning of the year. Can’t i manage itel for 6-8 months before i get something better?

You can go for Google Pixel 6. The Pixel 5 is also good but the screen size is 6 inches whereas the Pixel 6 meets your specifications.
