In Lagos for example where a plot of land which sell for 200m in 2015 is now selling for 1.3 billion just less down a decade. The rich people that own property their wealth skyrocketed with the inflation which pushes further the chances for poor person to ever own a property.

Imagine a land with no natural resources selling 1.5B just because they are plenty buyers willing to buy and pushing further more money in circulation.

An example of inflation effects on the poor and the economy: is that a poor man that receives 100k salary a month before inflation. He can afford to buy grocery for the month, drink some bottles of beer each night. Fuel his car to work and pay rent in the city. His major plan was to buy a land outside of town for 1m and build 2flat for 5m before his retirement. But as the inflation continues to bit harder that hope is done for. Land now goies for 10m and 2flat now goes for 25m while his salary had only been increased by 30%. This means the rich remain at the top while the middle class and poor went to the bottomless pit.

The poor are the backbone of the food, Essential and commodity market because they are the majority at 90%. And anything that affects their purchasing power these businesses tend to suffer. And one of the reasons is a bad time to invest during inflation due to uncertainty.

The rich already secure all the lands. But for the poor man who receives 100k a month. That can barely afford fueling his car not to talk of drinking beer every night. He cut down on groceries expenses and park or sold his car.
His rent increases by 100% and austerity measures begins. He starts doing side hustle to reduce burden and increases the price of his service too.

And lastly For business people they are experiencing low sale and the manufacturing company have two task at hand.

1, to make their products premium and to target only the rich. This means to retain the same quality or even increase the quality and make just fewer products. This comes at a higher cost in other to make more profit to keep business running.

2. Reduces quality and quantity to still keep the lower class with a low profit margin.

He than contested against buhari. Although its believed he won the election but buhari been an incumbent it hard to win him as an opposition.

Atiku would have supported obi in last election but he also failed in that aspect. Now that tinubu is president many Nigerians will not bordered to vote because he will likely win at all cost.

If obi is not on the flag runner many people will not bordered themselves with the election.

This coming election will be the most boring and lowest turn out in the history of this country.

There is a problem that's common with every cars. Nissa was a nice car before until they introduced the cvt transmission.

The cvt transmission was a big flop. Most time it takes 2-5 years before those mistakes started showing up and by that Time it's already too late with the market already started shifting away after people sad experience.

Especially if the problem is too serious and cannot be managed. Alof of Nissan was grounded because of gearbox issues.

It affected the price of Nissan. Because a lot of the cars was already produced and still under production line.

Honda Accord suffers in Nigeria particularly because of bad roads. Due to double wishbone. It took them more than a decade to even know of it and corrected it. It's mainly cause by inferior 3rd party ball joints or cheap aftermarket.

Toyota have shocks, shaft and hubs issues. Engine oil Burns. And the engine doesn't survive over heating. All of which are serious problems but can be managed. I see most Nigeria cars especially Toyota when they enter bad road all kinds of noice comes out from the suspension. Those type of people abusing cars and the ones badmouthing other car brands and with Nigerian useless mechanics.

I will never be comfortable driving a car with different kind of noice.

If you have good and experience mechanics. You can use any car and it will serve you.

Living in Ebonyi comes with high cost.

if you want southern region, go to Abia state(Aba) or Rivers state(remote areas) or if region is not specific, go to the north, all norther state, will offer you a safe haven with that budget except that you have to cover your head from banditry and terrorists.

rivers and asaba which is better? For cheaper accomodations and running a business.

There are farmers that might decide to take in a new bride especially in the North if they have access to 5m in form of a Govt Loan.

Government should focus on Public Private Ownership Projects with established farms to boost food production not giving out money to everyone invest in Farms and companies operating Silos and Also in Agric Research and Development

I don’t think you understand the model properly.

Let assume 2k of yam is selling for 5k.

And you are give out a 20k as a collateral loan to a farmer to farms 10kg of. That money can only get to a real farmer. Because if you are not a farmer how do you repay 10kg yam with 20k loan when 2kg selling for 5k. If you didn’t farm and decided to go buy later from the market you will be at a lose.

The food price can easily be fixed and controlled across the country.
