When i was in india. Every state have their own sim network. It was well so organized. If you carry your Mumbai sim to New Delhi. Your phone will enter roaming. Meaning your phone bill will be higher like double rate until you return back to Mumbai otherwise you get a new sim there. And any card you purchase will be that from New Delhi. The recharge card doesn’t work for another state sim.

some businesses need regulation. Otherwise they would fix price that impact the economy. Things like energy and power needs serious registration all over the world.

An example is the increase of fuel prices in Nigeria have really destroyed the economy. Same thing with Forex exchange rate. Government needs to be involved in the registration of some businesses
